Today, Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo celebrates both a birthday and a wedding anniversary, while her co-star Eric Dane blew out the candles yesterday.

Reality TV waste of space Shayne Lamas surely got lucky Sunday, while Simon Monjack surely has something special planned for Brittany Murphy this evening.

As if life isn't difficult enough for Eric Dane.

The Grey's Anatomy actor was recently dissed by Addison Sheperd and turned down as Seattle Grace Chief of Surgery - and now he has to deal with his semi-cute wife, Rebecca Gayheart, waving her boobs around for all celebrity gossip photographers to see.

The former Noxeema spokeswoman isn't that bad looking, but she's no Kate Walsh, as you can see by Dane's thought process below.

The man known as McSteamy doesn't seem to be bothered by any of the recent Isaiah Washington controversy; he's too worried about how he'll bed Addison again, now that she's off to her very own Private Practice.

And now his wife is flashing her knockers like she's Tila Tequila or Holly Madison nude or someone. Come on, Rebecca. Show some decency.

We're reaching a bit on this one. We admit it up front. But then again, all our Celebrity Look-Alikes and going to seem like dead-ringers compared to a pair of lovely ladies whose only real common trait is DSL (and by that we mean their preferred Internet connection, of course), or a popular actor and a one-time Iraqi strongman.

Anyway, here's the latest pair of celebs we thought warranted a look-like mention. On the left, we have Leonardo DiCaprio, 31, star of Martin Scorcese's new movie The Departed. On the right, fellow actor Eric Dane, 34, a.k.a. "McSteamy" on Grey's Anatomy. Maybe you don't see it, but we think there's a resemblance between these Hollywood hunks.
