It’s difficult to get Republicans and Democrats to agree on anything these days.

But unhappy students across the country have banded together to Tweet pictures of their unappetizing cafeteria food, blaming the First Lady for such disgustingly healthy fare.

The Thanksgiving-themed lunches seen here must comply with the food regulations implemented by the USDA (a limit on calories, fat, sugar and sodium) and supported by Michelle Obama, who has taken on the sweeping issue of childhood obesity.

Hence the hashtag "#ThanksMichelleObama" that accompanies these complaints/photos.

In July, Obama vowed to “fight until the bitter end to make sure that every kid in this country continues to have the best nutrition that they can have."

She didn't direct folks to healthy recipes on Food Fanatic for some reason, but she did get behind an initiative to change the ingredients used in cafeterias around the nation.

Still, we wonder whether or not Obama realized she'd be fighting the kids themselves.

As you may have heard, Michelle Obama is a fan of healthy eating. She's apparently also a fan Lil Jon, bad puns and awkward mom-dancing.

How do we know? Well, Mrs. Obama combined some of her favorite things in what might be the most hilariously cringe-worthy Vine video ever recorded. Ladies and gentlemen, we present you "Turnip For What:"

Yes, that's the First Lady dancing (we think that's dancing) with a root vegetable. And no, we don't know what to make of it.

We imagine it's part of her campaign to get kids to eat more fruits and vegetables, which makes us wonder how the hell Michelle thought this would appeal to kids.

See, part of the problem is that the FLOTUS is way late to the party:

What does an Oscar winner have in common with a former Jersey Shore cast member?

How can the First Lady of the United States relate to the woman who had sex with Ray J on video camera?

Aside from really weird Instagram photos and a love of revealing their skin to Internet followers, what could Rihanna talk to Miley Cyrus about for hours on end?

The answer to all these questions is one and the same: HAIR.

Nearly all famous females (and a few famous males) have undergone major hairstyle transformations over the past few months, from shortening their locks to dyeing them an unexpected color.

So, in honor of Throwback Thursday, we've collected a number (29, to be exact) of the most radical alterations in the following photo gallery and we're asking readers to consider:

Who is 'doing it right? And who is 'doing it way, way, way wrong?

We can't tell people, can you? Does Lena Dunham have a new hair color?

Last week, Joan Rivers passed away after complications from a surgical procedure caused the 81-year-old comic to lapse into a coma.

Rivers' funeral was held over the weekend and was every bit the star-studded affair that she had hoped for in her recent memoirs and final interviews.

R.I.P. Joan Rivers (1933-2014)
R.I.P. Joan Rivers (1933-2014). She will never be forgotten.

In fact, Joan talked about her last hurrah so extensively, and her family was so committed to honoring her wishes that it's now rumored that Melissa Rivers and others in charge of coordinating the event gave the security detail a list of famous faces who were not to be admitted.

In one of her final interviews, Joan told The New York Times Magazine that there several celebs that she specifically did not want attending her funeral for various reasons:

If you've spent any time on Facebook or Twitter in the past few weeks, you may have seen the below meme making the rounds.

Michelle Obama, Jackie Kennedy Meme

Originally posted by right wing website Human Events, the superimposed images of Jacqueline Kennedy and Michelle Obama are meant to serve as a dig at our current First Lady.

While the makers of the meme obviously have no problem with the idea of offending modern Democrats, the photo has mainly come under attack mainly for apolitical reasons, as social media users on both sides of the aisle are decrying it as an abhorrent piece of racist propaganda.

First lady historian Katherine Jellison sees the image as having far more to do with American attitudes toward race than with any sort of political divide:

You may want to sit down for this: Joan Rivers made some offensive comments while promoting her new book.

The comedy legend, of course, has been shocking fans for weeks during one of the most bizarre press tours in recent memory.

Highlights (or lowlights, depending on whom you ask) include: Rivers accusing Miley Cyrus of incest, suggesting that Kim Kardashian has had sex with millions of men, and implying that Kristen Stewart slept her way to the top.

While it may not seem possible, Rivers actually topped herself earlier this week.

In addition to storming out of a CNN interview, Joan made some comments about President Obama and his wife that have many in the LGBT community demanding an apology:
