Jesse James to Janine Lindemulder: Lay Off Sandra Bullock!

Jesse James has a message for his ex-wife, and that is to leave his current wife the heck out of their custody dispute, which was gotten increasingly bitter of late.

The Monster Garage star's ex, porn star Janine Lindemulder, suggested this week that his current spouse, Sandra Bullock, is trying to "take away my daughter."

She called out the actress to talk with her directly.

James' attorney Marilyn Slifman calls Lindemulder's remarks "wholly inaccurate and unfortunate," noting that "Sandra Bullock is in no way a party to this litigation."

"Mr. James' sole concern is for the safety, welfare and best interests of his daughter," he added. "The proper forum to resolve this case is in the courtroom."

Bullock has been helping raise 5-year-old Sunny since January, when Lindemulder, who has appeared in over 100 adult movies, was jailed for tax evasion.

Janine Lindemulder says Sandra Bullock is trying to steal her child. Hasn't she seen one of Sandra's 46 romantic comedies? No way is she capable of such a thing!

She and James wrote to the court questioning her fitness as a parent and voicing concerns about Sunny's safety due to Lindemulder's alleged drug problem.

"I myself have stopped working like I used to in order to be here with Jesse and the kids because we are on constant high alert," Bullock wrote. "Never knowing what condition Janine will be in, and the condition [the girl] will be in."

"I know the term 'stepmother' carries many connotations, one being 'glorified babysitter. My commitment and responsibility to [the girl] ... goes beyond that."

Lindemulder has since been released from prison and is tangling with James over visitation, insisting that she's a changed woman and "the best mother I can be."

"Yes, I have absolutely made horrific choices in the past. I've had my share of drugs," she said on Good Morning America. "But then there's a huge portion of my life, a 10-year span, where there's nothing - I didn't need it."

Sandra Bullock Stalker Revealed, Told to Step Off

Marcia ValentineStalking.

It's a heck of a lot of fun, and sometimes, a celebrity like Hilary Duff will even be nice and let you off the hook afterwards. But in the case of one California woman, the party's over. Restraining order style.

Actress Sandra Bullock was granted court protection against the fan she says repeatedly visited her home and tried to run over her husband, Jesse James.

Sandra Bullock testified Friday that on five different occasions, Marcia Valentine (pictured) left in her yard palm fronds adorned with "weird signs" and "pieces of animal fur."

Oooh. Holly Madison and PETA aren't gonna be happy 'bout that.

Orange County Superior Court Judge Thomas Borris said he found "clear and convincing evidence" of stalking and issued a three-year restraining order.

The ruling prohibits Marcia Valentine from contacting or coming within 500 yards of Bullock, Jesse James or his three children from a previous marriage.

The judge has also given the Crash star and her hubby permission to record any phone calls or videotape Valentine if she were to violate the order.

Valentine did not attend the hearing. She may have moved on and taken up stalking some other famous woman, such as Ricki Lake.

Valentine, 45, of Huntington Beach, was arrested in April for investigation of assault with a deadly weapon after trying to run over James with a car.

She remains free on $25,000 bail pending a May 22 hearing. Prosecutors are still reviewing the case and have not decided whether to file charges.

Bullock said that after Valentine was spotted April 22 outside the couple's home in Sunset Beach, James went outside and tried to write down the woman's license plate when she aimed her Mercedes-Benz at him.

"I saw him go behind her car to get the license number. She got angry," said Bullock, who was also harassed by another crazy dude last year.

James, the former host of the reality TV hit Monster Garage, was not hurt.

Sandra Bullock, Jesse James Attacked By Stalker

Bullock and JamesMove over, Hilary Duff.

You're not the only one with a stalker in town.

The Hollywood Gossip has learned the full details behind the insane stalking that allegedly took place last weekend, in which a crazy lady attempted to harm Sandra Bullock and her husband, Jesse James at their home in Orange County, Calf.

Orange County Sheriff's spokesman Jim Amormino tells Us Weekly:

"On several occasions before this incident [the actress and her husband] found [Marcia Valentine] lying in front of their garage door. On [the morning of] Sunday, April 22 around 10:30 a.m., Jesse James went out and asked her to leave."

"She yelled some obscenities at James, who did not have a cell phone in his hand. When she saw that he did not have a phone, she went to her car. She threw the car in reverse in his direction. He attempted to move out of the way and she kept moving the vehicle. She attempted to run him over 3-4 times. She then drove off on Pacific Coast Highway."

"James called police and told them that he did not know this woman. He then gave them a detailed description [of her] to the police - she drove a silver Mercedes with a white decal on the rear. He described her as a 5'4 white female."

According to Amormino, Jesse James later picked Valentine out of a line-up after she was captured and arrested after she was pulled over by police.

"We searched the area at the time of the incident, but did not locate her. The next morning, we searched the area and spotted her car. We pulled the vehicle over and called James, who then did an in-field lineup where he positively identified her."

"The case was sent over to the Orange County D.A.'s office where Marcia Valentine might be facing other charges besides assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $25,000 and she bailed out. She lives in nearby Huntington Beach and she due back on May 22."

Unlike the crazy lady who stalks both John Cusack and Tom Cruise, or the wackjob who harrassed Bullock last year, Valentine has no previous police record and has no other restraining orders against her in Los Angeles County.

We're glad Sandra Bullock and her husband are alright. But on a lighter note, THIS is how you stalk, people! No emails or crank calls - but LIVE harassment culminating multiple attempts to run over the husband of your target!

Maksim Miakovsky, take note.

Heck, we haven't seen Bullock involved in this much reckless driving since she starred in Speed. Keanu Reeves? Rolling over in grave.

Sandra Bullock, Kid Rock Bored Senseless at NHL Game

Hey, it's the NHL. The unquestioned dumbest sport ever, if you'd even call it a sport, and hardly something that captivates audiences - even in person.

See below. Sandra Bullock (right) would rather converse with her husband, whose name is Jesse James (seriously) than pay any attention to the action on the ice, where the L.A. Kings squared off with the Detroit Red Wings.

Meanwhile, a few seats over, Kid Rock (a.k.a. The Motor City Madman) and a blonde female friend look equally apathetic. Or they're trying to eavesdrop on Sandra. Not sure.

Distractions Abound

However, considering that Los Angeles bested Kid's beloved Red Wings, 4-2, one can forgive his look of apparent disgust. Plus, there's all that sordid stuff going on with his ex-wife, Pamela Anderson, her other ex-husband, Tommy Lee, and that crazy Borat.

And yes, we know that Ted Nugent is the actual Motor City Madman - but Kid Rock is gonna lose his mind one of these days and give him a run for his money.

Gray's Anatomy: Stars Showcase Simple Fall Fashion

No, we're not talking about the famous anatomy textbook. Nor are we talking about the hit TV series Grey's Anatomy. We're merely trying to make a play on words involving the gray sweaters worn by the three lovely ladies below. Okay? Everybody clear on that? Nice.

Bridget, Sandra & Heidi

Today's fashion tip of the day is that neutral tunic-style dresses are the perfect transitional piece for fall, allowing stars like (left to right) Bridget Moynahan, Sandra Bullock and The Hills' Heidi Montag to stay cozy and cool all at once.

As for Heidi's BFF, former Laguna Beach and current Hills star Lauren Conrad, the only thing she's wearing these days is Brody Jenner. Oh. Snap.

Sanda Bullock Receives Honor from Glamour

Glamourous BullockIt must be surprising awards season.

First, Ben Affleck actually won a trophy for good acting.

Now, Glamour magazine has given Sandra Bullock the "Undercover Activist" award at the magazine's "Women of the Year" Awards 2006 Monday night at NYC's Carnegie Hall.

We like Bullock and she deserves to be honoroed for quietly donating millions to the Red Cross after September 11 and the 2004 tsunami. We were just surprised to hear the news.

Other recipients on the evening included Queen Latifah, supermodel Iman, tennis legend Billie Jean King, and more.

Barbara Walters took time away from preventing a fight between Elizabeth Hasselback and Rosie O'Donnell to talk glowingly about Bullock. Sort of.

The View host told a story about interviewing Bullock in the early 90s when she was still an up-and-coming actress. The two went fishing together and Walters described Bullock as a tomboy.

"I thought she was very beautiful and talented. But I also thought, ‘Honey, you're never going to make it,'" Walters told the audience. "She just wasn't self-involved enough for this business … She was smart, dignified and she talked about her love of her family, and I said to myself, ‘No way. She's a one film star.'"

So you need to be self-involved and spoiled to make it in Hollywood? Damn, Paris Hilton does have a future in that case.

Walters continued: "But then she was cast in a huge action movie called Speed, and her career took off. There's an old Hollywood myth about the bright-eyed girl who arrives in Los Angeles right off the bus, ready to become a star. Sandra Bullock did it backwards â€" she got on the bus and became a star!"

In her acceptance speech, Bullock, 42, teased Billie Jean King, saying: "Thank you for being an icon physically. I couldn't play tennis, but I tried. It just didn't work out for me."

Also on hand to support the award winners were Bullock's husband Jesse James, Catherine Zeta Jones, Rosario Dawson, Stephen Colbert, Emmy Rossum, Marianne Pearl, and rocker David Bowie.

Sandra Bullock Sues Over Stalker

Sandra Bullock has filed a lawsuit in to make sure she is alerted when her alleged stalker is released from a mental-health facility in Tennessee.

Stalk This!

Thomas James Weldon, currently a patient at the Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute, was hit with a restraining order in 2003, and must stay at least 200 feet away from Bullock. In May, that order was extended until June 2009, but the Michigan man may receive a 90-day leave this month.

Bullock's lawsuit, filed last week on behalf of her production company, Fortis Films, calls on Tennessee authorities to comply with a California court order requiring she be notified upon Weldon's release.

When requesting an extension of the restraining order, Bullock said Weldon had been stalking her from Michigan to Texas and California, sending her e-mails and faxes and leaving voice mails "indicating he wants to have a relationship with her."

Her lawyer said Weldon admits to suffering from schizophrenia. Fortis Films is not seeking monetary damages, but asks Tennessee to pay any costs to comply with the order.

Just another case of psycho peeps stalking the celebs we know and love. Once in awhile, however, the tables turn and crazy famous people like Tom Cruise stalk ex-ballplayers.

Lane, Bullock, Hartnett Shine at Venice Film Festival

The Venice Film Festival may not receive as much publicity as the Emmy Awards when it comes to celebrity fashion - did you see how gorgeous Katherine Heigl at the latter? - but the stars certainly shine bright in Italy nonetheless.

Let's take a look at some of the hottest.

Diane Lane

How old is Diane Lane? Who knows. Who cares. The actress looks as beautiful as ever on her way to attending a showing of her latest flick, Hollywoodland.

Sandra Bullock

Sandra Bullock, meanwhile, isn't typically included among Hollywood's finest - but looks like she's trying to Crash that party. Bullock looks up to Speed on the latest fashion here.

Josh Hartnett

Finally, simple certainly works for Josh Hartnett here. We're not sure if he dressed himself or if ladyfriend, Scarlett Johansson helped - but good job no matter what!
