The heaviest cat in Britain was officially forced to go on a diet.

Ulric's goal is to weigh 13 pounds, an optimum amount for a feline. Which means he'll have to lose 17, or 56.6% of his body weight. Is he up to the challenge?

Every journey starts with a single step, Ulric.

After reaching 30 pounds, Ulric's owner, Jan Mitchell, entered him in PDSA Pet Fit Club where 21 animals participate in a six month diet and exercise plan.

Hopefully, healthy recipes and regular chasing of toy mice will help him get to the promised land and raise awareness for the growing epidemic of animal obesity.

Last night's offering of Keeping Up With the Kardashians continued the now-familiar storyline of Bruce and Brody Jenner trying to repair their relationship.

On Saturday in Las Vegas - at the unveiling of his sock line, we kid you not! - Rob Kardashian told Us Weekly that his diet and exercise plan is going well. However...

"I still have to lose like 40 to 50 pounds believe it or not," Kardashian said at the event. "Six months I should be there."

In February, Rob vowed to lose weight after realizing how lazy he had gotten about his diet while dating Rita Ora for most of 2012.

Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries really kicked the proverbial hornet's nest.

By remarking, basically, that his clothing company caters only to "the cool kids" and he doesn't want any fat girls in his stores, he caused a major uproar.

Stars like Kirstie Alley and Ellen slammed A&F for sending such a message, and now a blogger named Jes (a.k.a. The Militant Baker) has upped the ante.

Recreating popular topless Abercrombie ads (and wearing their clothes) in a series of photos, the Size-22 Jess says A&F should stand for "Attractive & Fat."

She published the images - which should make Jeffries cringe - on her blog, with an open letter to the company lamenting its stance on "larger people."

Army Specialist Larry Shaffer received quite a surprise last week.

Having been deployed for a year in Afghanistan, he returned home to North Carolina this week to discover that his wife lost 150 pounds as a homecoming gift.

When Shaffer saw his wife, Misty, he said, “Wow! It’s really just icing on the cake because I’ve been happy with the way she’s looked since day one.”

Aww. Misty Shaffer hadn’t seen her husband for over a year, and kept photos of her new figure off the web so he wouldn't see them while deployed.

“I just kept pictures off Facebook, offline,” Misty told WECT-TV in Wilmington, N.C. “When I did send him pictures, they were from the shoulder up.”

And even better? Misty also had a second surprise for Larry: She bought a house for the couple and their young daughter. They're set to move in soon.

The woman handles her business!

Troubled star Lindsay Lohan has reportedly gained five pounds in the past week alone while in rehab at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif.

The weight was put on because Lohan was cut off from Adderall, the ADHD medication doctors felt she did not actually need, and is eating more as a result.

A lot more. And that's a good thing.

The 26-year-old claims she suffers from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and would not go to rehab if the place didn't let her take her meds.

Betty Ford did ... but then they concluded she doesn't need Adderall, a pretty hardcore stimulant often prescribed to Hollywood types who abuse it.

It's unclear what they're giving her instead (if anything), but prosecutors have made it clear there is no chance she's leaving or changing venues.

So, we suppose she's just coping. And if that means packing on 5, 10, 15 pounds onto her withered frame and become more healthy and fresh-faced again?

We wouldn't complain. You?

When Christina Aguilera returns to The Voice in Season 5, fans will see quite the transformation. She's been shedding pounds and flaunting it on Facebook.

Not that we're complaining:

After embracing her curvier figure, which we loved, in recent years, the 32-year-old singer has been slimming down of late, as the above image shows.

Wow. Well done, girl.

The star shared the photo while filming a music video with Alejandro Fernandez. One can only hope the finished product includes shots like this one.

In other weight loss news ... Mo'nique lost 80 pounds. 80!

In a word? WHOA!

Mo'Nique has taken to Twitter to show off her new physique, which is down to 218 pounds after once weighing in at over 300.

And credit for the change apparently goes to husband Sidney Hicks, who explained that Mo'Nique is a mother and must be thinking ahead these days.

"I want to meet their babies," the actress told New York's Hot 97 FM of her children. "So, I said, 'Let me stop being selfish, and eating everything.'"

The result of focusing on healthy recipes, lifting weights, doing yoga and taking a minimum of 1,000 steps per day is evident.

Just six weeks after giving birth, Holly Madison has returned to a two-piece and is proud to show off her figure for readers of Life & Style.

"I was surprised by how much weight I gained," Madison told the tabloid at the April 18 shoot. "I was a little worried about wearing a bikini, but I feel surprisingly good!"
