Katy Perry has wedged herself into the feud between Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj over the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards nominations.

And you can probably guess on which she comes out.

First, a quick refresher on how we got here.

After nominations for the 2015 VMAs were unveiled, Minaj felt she was snubbed, but vented about it in somewhat surprising fashion.

Nicki Tweeted in anger that the ceremony only seems to honor those whose videos "celebrate women with slim bodies."

Because Swift leads the way with nine VMA nominations, she assumed that Nicki was taking a jab in her direction.

As such, Taylor replied defensively, and incredulously.

Wondering why Minaj would "pit women against each other," Taylor said it was "unlike" Nicki to come at her in such fashion.

Nicki responded that she never mentioned Swift, and that Taylor "missed the point" … though she never said who she was targeting.

But now Perry, whose longtime feud with Swift is the stuff of legend, has something to say about it. She Tweeted this afternoon:

"Finding it ironic to parade the pit women against other women argument about as one unmeasurably capitalizes on the take down of a woman."

The message is slightly garbled, but the translation is obvious:

"Who the heck are you to talk, Taylor Swift, considering the song ‘Bad Blood‘ is nothing but a takedown of me, your fellow woman?!?"

Even the most ardent Swift supporter must admit … Perry makes a good point here. Minaj agreed; Nicki Favorited Perry’s Tweet.

Perry concluded her mini rant by givng props to Rihanna, writing:

"The real travesty is where is the shine for #BBHMMVideo when VMA eligibility period was 7/7/14-7/1/15 & that gem dropped 7/1… @MTV."

Anyway, it looks like the "Bad Blood" is alive and well between Katy and Tay. Who will fire the next shot in this ongoing feud?

UPDATE: Not Nicki. Minaj and Swift squashed the beef … as for Perry, there is still no love lost between herself and Taylor.
