Tameka Foster Attorney to Usher: Did You Bang a Bridesmaid?
Welcome to The Real Housewives of Amazing Six Packs.
In court once again this morning to testify in the custody hearing brought on by ex-wife Tameka Foster, Usher was grilled about an incident from a couple years ago when Foster reportedly spit on Usher and sort of threatened his life.
Did Usher provoke this attack by cursing off his ex? No, the artist insisted over and over against allegations made by the attorney.
From there, meanwhile, things got really weird, as the same lawyer questioned Usher about his relationship with Maya Fox Davis, one of Tameka's bridesmaids from their wedding. She asked if the singer was caught "in bed" with Davis, at which point his attorney objected, claiming irrelevancy to the custody case.
Usher, to his credit, handled himself as well on the stand as he handles himself on the dance floor, remaining calm and under control, with the exception of yesterday's tears.
The trial is now in recess and will continue in July.
Usher Slams Tameka Foster in Court, Sheds Tears
Usher took the stand yesterday in the custody trial brought on by ex-wife Tameka Foster - who has accused the singer of drug use and demanded the use of his mansion - and broke down in tears.
Usher quoted his ex as threatening: "I'm gonna kick your ass. Bitch get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house?" and added:
"She continued to spit. At this point she pulled the door open, tried to swing at her."
Foster herself has admitted under oath that she told Usher "I will f-ck you up," while Usher said here Tameka hit him and threw a plate of food at his car while he and his unnamed girlfriend drove away.
Later in his testimony, meanwhile, Usher responded to photos of him partying in Europe and allegations by Foster's attorney that he's an unfit parent by breaking down in tears.
TMZ sources say Usher admitted to marijuana use, while an objection was made to the topic of ecstasy - and the artist didn't give a clear response to whether he had ever been with his children while under the influence.
The custody trial continues today.
Tameka Foster Wants to Live in a Mansion
Tameka Foster has gone from threatening to pleading.
The ex-wife of Usher is tangled up with the R&B sensation inside a Georgia courtroom these days, fighting over custody of the former couple's children, along with alimony payments.
But while Foster admitted last week that she did once threaten to eff up Usher and his new girlfriend, sources tell TMZ Tameka sounded a different tone in mediation yesterday.
She just really doesn't want to be left homeless.
Based on their divorce settlement, Usher can reportedly kick Foster out of his mansion at any time, providing he gives her 60 days notice.
Therefore, Tameka is asking the singer to make this home permanent for him and for his two kids. His response: ain't gonna happen. I've given you enough already. A judge will rule on the pair's issues later this month.
Usher Labels Justin Bieber "Dope MC," Duo Covers Billboard
Justin Bieber and Usher cover the latest issue of Billboard. We'll give you a moment to go pick up a copy...
... got it? Okay. Good.
With the the release of Bieber's Believe just over a month away, mentor and protege gush over each other within the pages of the publication.
"He’s always been a dope MC," Usher says of the singer he discovered on YouTune. "'Boyfriend‘ was really the defining moment; it became No. 1 everywhere, which is what dreams are made of. Both of us are being modest about what our journeys have been in terms of songwriting: Justin really has participated in every writing session - that’s amazing.
"It’s easy to just dial something in, but if you make the music authentic, people feel connected to you as an artist from the beginning.”
Tameka Foster to Usher: I Will F--k You Up!
Tameka Foster denies threatening to kill ex-husband Usher ... but she did make several comments that she can understand being taken that way.
Usher and Tameka are in a legal fight over custody of their two young kids, a bitter showdown that played out in a Georgia courtroom this week.
Accused of making death threats toward her ex, Foster did admit under oath to saying "I will f**k you up" ... which one can interpret as a threat.
Tameka was questioned by Usher's attorney about her verbal and abusive threats towards the singer, whom she wed in 2007 and divorced in 2009.
She allegedly said "I will kill you both," referring to Usher and his current GF.
Foster went back and forth with her answer before making a half-admission, saying she didn't threaten to "kill" him ... but admitting, "I probably have said, out of anger, say 'I will f**k you up' and that is not acceptable."
Tameka Foster went on to explain that the menacing statement(s) happened as a result of Usher gallivanting in and out of town with his new girlfriend, behavior that was "embarrassing" for her in such a tight knit community.
More importantly ... anyone know who this new girlfriend of Usher is?

Usher Dead? No, Just Shirtless
Usher is NOT dead, despite Twitter reports to the contrary.
The star is alive and well ... and really ripped, apparently!
The R&B sensation became the latest "victim" of the lame and morbid trend of creating fake celebrity death stories and watching the rumors spread like wildfire online.
Way to go, hoax starters and people re-tweeting them! You really proved your point, or something! Anyway, Usher quickly assured us there's no need to worry:
"I must've died and went to heaven... Alive and cold kickin ass!!" he tweeted, along with a photo showing off his shirtless, buff bod, adding: "Livin' Legend!"
Now that's how you refute a death hoax.

Usher Fights Back Against Ex-Wife, Custody Demands
Usher is taking action against his ex-wife and her recent allegations about the singer.
In late November, Tameka Raymond filed papers in a Georgia court that asked a judge to award her custody of the former couple's two children on grounds that Usher reneged on multiple promises he made to her. For example, he supposedly canceled Tameka's Saks 5th Avenue credit card.
The gall of this man, we know.
But now Usher has fired a legal shot of his own, denying all accusations in newly filed court documents and requesting that a judge to throw out his ex's request for full custody of the two kids they currently share.
He has also refused to take a drug test, despite Tameka's repeated attempts to force the issue.
A trial date has been set for February 27.

Tameka Foster Demands Drug Test for Usher
Tameka Foster is intent on proving that Usher is an unfit father.
The singer's ex-wife filed papers in court last week that allege a number of indiscretions by Usher, most of them based on the way he has treated Tameka, not the way he has been toward his two sons.
But now Foster is raising the accusatory ante, demanding a judge force Usher to take a drug test ASAP because she believes he's been popping pills around the pair's children. Usher has refused to take this bait so far, deeming his ex's claims to be "frivolous and unfounded," merely meant to "harass and embarrass" the artist.
As a result, lawyers are now involved and Tameka's side is urging the legal system to act quickly, lest Usher have the chance to "cleanse" his body of all foreign substances.
We'll see how this turns out, but right now it's clear Usher did the right thing by cleaning his life of Tameka, isn't it?
Justin Bieber and Friends Help Light Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree
Let's face it: this is Justin Bieber's world. We merely live in it.
The superstar has been everywhere this holiday season, and not solely because some moron named Mariah Yeater sued him for paternity of her son. Bieber has released a Christmas CD and has spent weeks promoting it via talk shows, live performances and official video releases. The latest example of the latter? This duet with Mariah Carey.
So it's only appropriate that Bieber - along with friends Usher and Busta Rhymes - was featured on last night's tree lighting ceremony at Rockefeller Center in New York City. Watch the teenage icon do his thing in the following two performance videos:
