Ivanka Trump is now a model, a mogul and a mom.

The business-savvy daughter of Donald Trump gave birth to a baby girl Sunday in New York City. The father is Jared Kushner, her husband since 2009.

"This morning @jaredkushner and I welcomed a beautiful and healthy little baby girl into the world," Ivanka tweeted Sunday. "We feel incredibly grateful & blessed. Thank you all for your support and well wishes!"

Ivanka welcomed the latest (beautiful) addition to the Trump brood.

As for Donald Trump, who already has two other grandchildren, courtesy of Ivanka's brother Donald Trump Jr., he told People he was "very happy" for the couple.

The little one is Ivanka's first child. Congratulations!

This pregnant Ivanka Trump Playboy-style shot taken for, of all places, Harper's Bazaar (which also features Britney Spears this month) is a little unusual.

On the one hand, the picture accompanying their Ivanka interview is just strange. Why the Playboy juxtaposition? On the other, however, it's gorgeous.

Pose on top of a building? Check. Flawless hair and makeup? Check. Beautiful smile? Check. Great heels? Check. Perfect baby bump? Adorable check.

Ivanka Trump is having a baby!

Just moments ago, The Donald's daughter took to Twitter to say, "I have been wanting to share some amazing news with you all for some time... I'm pregnant!"

"Jared and I couldn't be more excited."

Congratulations to the parents-to-be!

This will be the first child for Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner, who married in 2009 at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, N.J.

Ivanka and Jared were spotted out just last night in NYC, interestingly enough, where the 29-year-old Trump showed barely any baby bump.

Their child should be fairly well taken care of and good looking in any case. No word yet when Ivanka's due date is or the gender of the baby.

When Blake Lively and Ivanka Trump go toe-to-toe in a style showdown, it promises to be a battle for the ages. Or at least a Thursday morning on THG.

The Gossip Girl star slipped into character as Serena van der Woodsen in a Carolina Herrera gown recently, looking glamorous on the streets of NYC.

The location? Her dad's Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, N.J.

"She looks amazing," a rep for Ivanka told People magazine.

Ivanka Trump walked down the aisle in a Vera Wang gown inspired by Grace Kelly, before celebrating with her husband, the publisher of the New York Observer.

Also on hand? Her father Donald Trump and 500 guests, including Regis Philbin.

The bride was looking forward to "dancing like a maniac with all of my friends," according to a recent post to her Twitter account. Perhaps to work out some pre-wedding jitters, the bride got a little exercise before the ceremony:

"Just finished a gorgeous hike. The leaves are spectacular and the sun is shining," she Tweeted. "Everything is simply perfect! I'm getting married today!"

Ivanka and Jared first announced their engagement July 15.

Indeed, The Donald's daughter got engaged to Jared Kushner, the publisher of The New York Observer. Ivanka shared the news with her Twitter followers this morning, posting:

"I got engaged last night...truly the happiest day of my life!!!"

As for Donald Trump, we're sure he's planning the very best wedding in the history of weddings. He told Us Weekly:

"I'm very happy about it. They make a magnificent couple."

Reportedly, Ivanka, a vice president at the Trump Organization, converted to Judaism for Kushner. Therefore, allow us to say: Mazel tov!!!

But it looks as though Ivanka Trump has now left the champion in her wake.

Following rumors that this random pair were going on dates, the daughter of Donald Trump has reportedly hooked up with an even more unexpected celebrity: Topher Grace.

According to Page Six, the former star of That '70s Show and soon-to-be co-star of Spider-Man 3 was spotted with Ivanka at her 25th birthday party in Las Vegas. The duo parties provately at Pure night club, with the curtains closed around their table for a full half-hour.

Before that, they were seen canoodling on the balcony during dinner with friends that included Wilmer Valderrama. There's no word on whether or not fellow pal, Ashston Kutcher, was in town.

But he may have been too busy scolding step-daugther, Rumer Willis.

We're not sure if Lance Armstrong has actually met the man whose name graces every other building in New York, but it is now clear that he's met his daughter. Possibly naked!

Indeed, the cycling champ and Ivanka Trump went on "several dates," sources told People magazine, but the relationship never got out of first gear. Neither did that pun.

Trump, 24, is vice president of development and acquisitions for the Trump Organization. She and Armstrong, 35, met at a charity event in Los Angeles a few months ago when she was in town filming dad Donald's NBC reality show The Apprentice.

Armstrong's rep says there was no romance, but we're not judging. As long as the Paris Hilton rumors were false, too.

Trump herself told People on Monday, "I have tremendous respect for Lance and all he has accomplished. That said, we are just friends."

Phew. Matthew McConaughy can relax now. You've still got a chance with Lance, buddy.

Awhile back, Donald Trump told the ladies on The View the following:

"I don't think Ivanka would [pose for Playboy], although she does have a very nice figure. I've said if Ivanka weren't my daughter, perhaps I'd be dating her."

"He's pretty much the same. My brothers and I are the real apprentices; we've been groomed our whole lives to do this. "He hasn't threatened bodily harm to any of the people I've dated. Well, as far as I know."

"I like to have fun with my friends and go out at night, but you're not going to find me dancing on top of tables or see me trashed outside of Bungalow 8."
