In the first of many THG Oscar Fashion Face-Offs this morning, The Descendants' Shailene Woodley takes on Gwyneth Paltrow in a battle of glamorous white gowns.
Shailene's looks great, but some feel her dress was age-inappropriate (she's 22). Gwyneth, meanwhile, appeared to be wearing a cape, which she pulled off.

What Star Cheated on Gwyneth Paltrow?
Gwyneth Paltrow is very happily married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.
She gushes about him in the latest issue of Harper's Bazaar, which the actress covers, but she also takes time to call out a famous ex-boyfriend. Just not by name, unfortunately.
"I had a boyfriend who used to cheat on me all the time. I was quite naïve. I knew on a cellular level, but I bought his story," she tells the magazine.
Paltrow may have left it at that, but come on. We clearly cannot. Let's ponder the identity of this mystery, immoral man, shall we?
BRAD PITT: Dated Paltrow for three years, was engaged to her for half a year. Reasons behind their split were never divulged, but Gwyneth has publicly expressed love for Brad and taken responsibility for their break-up.

BEN AFFLECK: On and off with Paltrow from 1997-2000, appeared in the awful move Bounce together. Affleck was certainly a serial dater for a long time before settling down with Jennifer Garner, but a serial cheater? We hope not.

Emmy Awards Fashion Face-Off: Gwyneth Paltrow vs. Kate Winslet
Jane Lynch hosted, but Gwyneth Paltrow put on her own show at Sunday's Emmy Awards in a see-through Pucci dress that showcased her toned stomach.
Not the kind of thing you normally see on someone not named Kardashian, but she does look amazing for 38. Did she push it too far with this, though?
Gwyneth Paltrow's Emmy dress was certainly the night's most daring, but can it compete with Kate Winslet's gorgeous gown? That's a different matter.

Gwyneth Paltrow took to her Goop blog today and raised an issue sure to result in numerous responses on both sides:
Does the bible truly condemn homosexuality? This is what the actress wrote:
A few months ago, in the heat of the tragic teen suicides that came about from intolerance of homosexuality, I saw a man on television who was apologizing for wishing death on gays from his facebook page. This member of an Arkansas school board was contrite for the violence in his words, but maintained that his values pertaining to homosexuality would remain, as he felt homosexuality was condemned in the bible.
This concept, while foreign to me, is interesting, as it used to justify so much judgement and separation in our society. When my daughter came home from school one day saying that a classmate had two mommies, my response was, "Two mommies? How lucky is she?!" What does it actually say in the bible that will cause some people to be upset by my line of thinking?

MET Fashion Face-Off: Rihanna vs. Gwyneth Paltrow
Rihanna and Gwyneth Paltrow. You don't get much more opposite than that when it comes to fashion, but they're both worthy contenders in this Fashion Face-Off.
At least night's MET Institute Costume Gala, the fashion icons looked every bit the part, although with dramatically different styles, as you would probably expect.

Gwyneth Paltrow, who has appeared twice on Glee and is scheduled to return next month, will lend her voice to a duet on Matthew Morrison's upcoming solo CD. The classic track these two will sing together? "Over the Rainbow."
Morrison sang an acoustic version of this Wizard of Oz single on the Glee season finale last May.
"People kind of know me for that song now," he says. "I wanted to do a duet with a female. I thought that was a good song to do, and we really did a different arrangement of it. It's a lot of strings, and it's beautiful."
No release date has been set yet for the CD.
