God, Lindsay Lohan is pathetically in need of attention.

The out-of-work actress exploited Michael Jackson's death this week in an attempt to make headlines and seem like she was one of the millions of people affected by the passing of the King of Pop.

Lohan Tweeted a poolside picture of herself posing like Jackson. But she isn't self-involved, of course, because "M.J. was playing when this was taken, I'm not that much of narcissist," as she told her Twitter follwers.

In related news, if you follow Lindsay Lohan on Twitter, you really need to get a life.

Lindsay Lohan, who was barely alive when Michael Jackson had his last hit, poses like the King of Pop. Is nothing sacred anymore?!?

Meanwhile, Lindsay also gave an interview to Britain’s OK! Magazine prior to her 23rd birthday last week.

In the conversation, Lohan - forgive us as we stifle fits of laughter - focused on her dedication to, and obsession with, work.

“It’s not that hard to be me, but I do work harder than most of my friends’ parents. I’m a workaholic," she said. "I don’t know what to do when I’m not working. I get creatively frustrated. I am the hardest-working person I know."

Note to Lindsay: working some random dude's pole every Saturday night does not qualify you as a workaholic.

Lindsay Lohan rocked out in a sexy Herve Leger bandage bikini an early 23rd birthday party for herself held at Wet Republic at the MGM Grand Resort Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday. We have to say, she looked pretty decent.

To be honest, we are a little surprised, and certainly glad, that Lindsay appears poised to survive until her actual birthday on Thursday. Doing all that coke and eschewing food is truly an impressive feat. Way to go, girl! Time to party!

Stop the presses. Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan are back together.

Despite her manly ex-girlfriend's assertion that the two are not even friends, Lindsay Lohan was spotted last night by TMZ with SamRo like old times.

The girl-on-girl action partners left a hot spot after midnight and drove off together in the same car. Friends? More than that? Who can say for sure.

But it looks like the crotch of fire is a hard habit to quit.

Samantha and Lindsay are supposedly broken up, but broken up non-friends don't go clubbing together, and leave holding hands, in the wee hours do they?

We've often wished Lindsay Lohan would shut the eff up.

Last night, Los Angeles' finest shared in that sentiment.

The venerable crotch of fire, who's just endured a week for the ages, was issued a citation last night (this morning) for being just too frickin' loud.

Neighbors unlucky enough to live near her in the Hollywood Hills called the LAPD in the wee hours of the morning due to loud music at Lohan's pad.

At 4:20 a.m., appropriately, cops came and took care of it by giving LiLo a ticket for excessive noise. Hopefully this makes the new reality show.

Ryan Seacrest and Lindsay Lohan were spotted together Thursday night.

Our imaginations ran wild with that run-in, but it turns out their meeting was strictly business - Ryan wants to create a Lindsay Lohan reality show.

"Met with Lindsay last night about a show idea I have for her ... it helps people and gives others a second shot!" Ryan wrote on his Twitter page.

"Still putting it all together."

The American Idol host is no stranger to producing. In addition to his radio hosting gig, the star has lent his TV production talents to E!'s Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Denise Richards' It's Complicated and Brody Jenner's Bromance.

Ryan Seacrest's eyes are on this future reality TV firecrotch prize.

Lindsay Lohan - who in the past week alone was investigated in a $400K jewel heist, was dumped for good by Samantha Ronson, posted topless pictures of herself online and had her Twitter account "hacked," also mentioned details of the project.

"Working on a really great project for television - I am excited!" she Twatted. "Something meaningful like Extreme Home Makeover on ABC ... :)"

The premise of the series is that real people who are on the wrong track and looking for a second chance are given $1 million to make it happen.

Lohan would serve on a panel of judges who hear contestants' stories.

Because that's the kind of "panelist" who needs to oversee people and their problems: A coked-up, slutty, Twitter-obsessed, wannabe lesbian attention whore who can't hold down a job to save her life. Sounds like a winner, Ryan!

Putting on a happy face after their final breakup, Lindsay Lohan kept it together remarkably well as she left the home of Samantha Ronson Thursday.

A source close to Sam recently stated that the two never got back together after their recent breakup, and that she is "not even friends" with Linds.

That hurts. But Lindsay's not showing it ...

Lindsay Lohan also spent some quality time with her family in New York this week, and tried to shop away the heartbreak with a friend yesterday.

Bored senseless with no career to speak of, Lindsay Lohan posts a lot of inane things on Twitter, including pictures of herself in various stages of undress.

But she did not Tweet judgment on Justin Timberlake, she claims.

Earlier this week, a Justin-related Tweet on Lindsay's page read "where's jb cheater" also had a so-dark-you-can't-see-anything picture attached to it.

That photo purportedly showed the pop-R&B star living it up on the dance floor at an NYC hot spot. Not that you can tell what's going on at all in it.

HOW TWEET IT IS: The message in question, from "sevinnyne6126" to Justin Timberlake. Of course, "jb" refers to Timberlake's girlfriend Jessica Biel.

In any case, Lindsay Lohan says she didn't do it, and claims that the accusatory Tweet was authored by an impostor who somehow hacked her account.

"I don't Twitter about my personal life," the former actress wrote on (obviously) Twitter. "Let alone someone else's life! I learned my lesson some time ago."

"Stop trying to get onto my Twitter page whoever you are! Its extremely creepy!!!" the ex-girlfriend of Samantha Ronson pleaded, followed moments later by, "Just trying to clear the air! I'm tired of changing my password every other day!"

Just STFU and stick to posting topless pics of yourself on there, Linds. Go with what you're good at, and most familiar with. That way you'll never go wrong.

Despite her best stalking efforts, Lindsay Lohan's turbulent relationship with Samantha Ronson has now hit the final dead end, according to sources.

As she again makes headlines for dubious reasons – this time over a Scotland Yard investigation into a $400,000 jewel heist - LiLo and SamRo are dunzo.

The two never officially got back together after their recent split, inside sources say. Now, after Lohan's latest "manic" antics, they aren't even friends.

"[Sam] let Lindsay back into her life as a friend, but now even a friendship seems impossible," says a source close to Samantha Ronson.

"No matter how many times she promises to change her behavior, Lindsay loses control and starts acting like a maniac."

Where would she ever get that crazy idea?

Amazingly, Sam does not want to take this back.

The recent antics included the Lindsay Lohan topless pic she posted on her Twitter and her long hours of partying in Los Angeles and New York.

"She is telling everyone that Sam dumped her again, but it makes no sense since they never got back together," according to the Sam source.

While the couple had been repeatedly photographed together, sources sany any reunion was strictly based on friendship, not romance: "Sam is a nice person and wouldn't throw anyone out of her life, but it was no more than that."

Guess the reports that she had successfully stalked and retained her girl-on-girl action partner were premature, or based on pure conjecture.

Hey, at least a police investigation would give her something to do.

Lindsay Lohan's latest headline-grabbing exploit involves the disappearance of roughly $410,000 worth of jewelry, which went missing earlier this month after a London photo shoot featuring the "star," according to news reports.

Scotland Yard was quick to deny that Lohan was a suspect, but confirmed that everyone present for the shoot, held June 6 for Elle UK, will be questioned.

A necklace and diamond earrings loaned to the mag by Dior were reported AWOL two days after the shoot, just as Lohan made her way back to the U.S.

"The allegation of theft was reported to us on June 8, after earrings and a necklace believed to be worth in the region of [$410,000] were found to be missing approximately two days earlier," a Scotland Yard spokesman confirmed."

"Enquiries are continuing and no arrest has been made at this stage."

If nothing else, this oughta help her kill time by giving her some rumors to shoot down. Awesome as that Lindsay Lohan topless photo was, we don't need her combing through the archives and playing around with her iPhone naked every day.

While it's been reported that up to a dozen people may be questioned, the coked-up wannabe lesbian is not believed to be one of them. Yet.

"We haven't been contacted yet by anyone," the 22-year-old's rep, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, said. "Lindsay hopes they find the missing items."
