She's either deeply moved by the concept of America, concentrating really hard on the words, or envisioning what Tony Romo is gonna do to her later ...

Jessica Simpson, whose beau Romo participated in the golf event with Tiger Woods, showed off her figure in a skintight, sleeveless red and blue dress.

Perfect for the occasion as always.

Alleged singer and actress Jessica Simpson touched down in Washington, D.C., Tuesday to support her boyfriend Tony Romo, who will be playing in the AT&T National Pro-Am celebrity golf tournament with Tiger Woods later this week.

She also supported cleavage, as you can see.

Jessica Simpson's flowy, floral dress seemed to be missing a very large piece of fabric in the chestal region, but hey, no complaints. If she wears this on her worthless new reality show, maybe 20 or 30 people will tune in.

As for the Dallas Cowboys quarterback, he was out promoting his Starter line of sports products. Prior to that, he took batting practice at a Yankees game with a 10-year-old leukemia patient he met through the Starlight Children's Foundation.

No word on whether he actually made it through an entire public appearance with no one asking if he got Jessica Simpson pregnant lately.

Confirming a previous report, Jessica Simpson will headline a new reality show called The Price of Beauty, in which the singer will travels around the world in search of the kinds of things people find beautiful and why, VH1 announced.

Asked to do a show about true beauty, Simpson - who endured some solid bullying in January for performing live after letting herself go / squeezing that a$$ into a pair of unflattering mom jeans - said she was "immediately intrigued."

"I have always believed that beauty comes from within and confidence will always make a woman beautiful, but I know how much pressure some women put on themselves to look perfect," Joe Simpson's cash cow said in a statement.

"I am looking forward to discovering how beauty is perceived in different cultures and participating in the crazy things people do to feel beautiful. I know we will all learn so much on this journey and I am so excited that VH1 is coming along."

Jessica Simpson and her girls are headed back to TV.

Added Jeff Olde, EVP, VH1 Original Programming & Production: "Perhaps more than any other pop culture figure on the radar today, Jessica Simpson has been the target of our obsession with beauty on both sides of the equation."

We're excited to listen to her read cue cards and perform stupid stunts, too. Gosh, this sounds like a slam-dunk. Way to go, VH1 production department!

Shooting begins in mid-July, with the show airing sometime next year. The singer and her pimp, father Joe Simpson, will serve as executive producers.

Tony Romo is has won zero career playoff games, but dude is dating Jessica Simpson, so the Dallas Cowboys QB has scored one major "trophy" at least.

Entertainment Tonight caught up with the NFL star to talk about life with girlfriend Jessica Simpson, from their perfect date night to pregnancy rumors!

As for rumors Jessica might be pregnant, Tony Romo says there's "not that I know of," but "I'm sure you guys'll tell me something new soon enough."

As for the perfect date night with Jessica Simpson?

"Probably get a little bite to eat and probably watch a football game," he said. "That's our perfect evening. It's exciting for both of us because I found someone I get to hang with, and she embraces the game and wants to see our team do well.

"It's great to have someone like that."

Tony spoke to ET at a photo shoot for the sportswear company Starter, and he remarked on having to get into "model mode" to shoot the new ad campaign.

"I don't think I'll ever be a model; I don't have any Zoolander poses," he says. "But we'll definitely get out here and have some fun with the Starter stuff."

"As an athlete you know you want to feel comfortable when you're moving around, and have stuff on you that feels natural, and they do a really good job."

Adding to the ranks of celebrity Lakers fans, Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo attended Game One of the NBA Finals at the Staples Center in Los Angeles last night.

The home team won, 100-75, but the true victor was Jess, who's managed to keep this guy around despite her ballooning weight and rapidly deteriorating career.

Just kidding. Well, sort of. One thing's for sure, we like them better as a couple than Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson, who apparently has her own set of issues.

Following a string of terrible box office bombs and a country music stint that yielded little aside from fat Jessica Simpson pictures and forgotten lyrics, the star is turning to the last ditch entertainment genre in her bid to stay relevant:

Reality TV.

The alleged singer and actress, who recently endured criticism of her body while wearing mom jeans and showcasing her giant booty in concert, visited some TV networks to pitch a reality series about society's scrutiny of women's bodies.

The premise of the program, titled The Price of Beauty: "She and a friend set off on a road trip around the world in search of the tightest, cleavage baring tops they can possibly wear to get attention what people find beautiful and why."

In a recent Vanity Fair story, Simpson talked about criticism of her figure: "It comes with what I do, and I know that every day the media's going to challenge me."

The onetime Newlyweds star, 28, will be hands-on with the show - and will try some "shocking things that women do to make themselves beautiful. Picture Fear Factor."

We'll picture Jodie Marsh instead.

The singer's rep tells celebrity news magazine Us Weekly; "Jessica is indeed working on a new show, but network details have not been finalized at this time."

Say what you want about Jessica Simpson, she is resilient.

After a tough few years - several movie flops, a risky and largely unsuccessful foray into country music, celebrity gossip stories about her being fat - you would think this star would be at the crossroads of obscurity. But she keeps hanging around.

And she's not a fan.

"On my way to work out with my trainer," she wrote on her Twitter page. "Every time we have to do squats, he yells at me, 'Get lower like you're in the club!'"

A source says Simpson, who fancies herself as a sunset, is working with her longtime Mike Alexander, who told Fox last month that the singer wasn't miffed at all the coverage surrounding her fuller figure. Any PR is good PR, right?

But it looks like the attention-starved, plastic beauty is already planning her next professional move.

Over the weekend, for reasons unknown, Jessica posted the following profound words on fan site sweetkisses.net. Might a (hilarious) career a poet be next in line for Simpson?

Why do we let the sun SET with its beauty, then find ourselves ugly.
Didn't God, whoever he may be to you, create both? If a sunset is beautiful, then so are we.

But didn't God also create granny pants, Jess? The sun can set beautifully all it wants, but you answered your own question about finding ourselves ugly when you wore that outfit.

Meanwhile, Simpson and boyfriend tried to avoid the paparazzi during a night out in West Hollywood Saturday They failed to do so, and looked miserable as a result...
