Eva Longoria is one of the most beautiful women in the world. She may not be up to Marisa Miller standards, at least not according to Maxim’s Hot 100 of 2008, but let’s just say we go to bed at night cursing Tony Parker.

Still, the Desperate Housewives star isn’t doing herself any favors with the dress below. No one on The Hollywood Gossip staff is a fashion expert, but is the peacock look really in?

Despite the drama we witnessed on last night’s season finale of The Hills, pals Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge (with Whitney Port) were smiling ear to ear at the MTV show’s official Beverly Hills finale party.

The actress somehow wore the following hat to the London premiere of the Sex and the City movie, one designed by Philip Treacy:

And how did the fashion designer come up with this creation?

“Well, his mother kept chickens and geese, so he loves feathers and manipulating feathers,” Treacy’s spokeswoman Nina Farnell-Watson said.

Reportedly, Parker tried on some different hat shapes and “found the one she loved,” said Farnell-Watson. Treacy then worked for two days straight and “very late into the night” trimming it with peacock feathers. Naturally.

Farnell-Watson admits that it was “quite brave” of Parker to don the accessory, adding that “the hat is such a quintessentially English idea, but it was done in such a Carrie Bradshaw way.”

They’re both pregnant. They’re both wearing the same green dress in the photo below. But only one is desperate for attention and the star of a ridiculous reality show.

Tori Spelling insults aside, however, do you think she looks better in the following outfit than fellow actress Jessica Alba?

While dressed as fabulously as ever, The Hills star Lauren Conrad and her friend Audrina Patridge were slapped  with a parking ticket yesterday.

The reactions below don’t show the kind of disgust we would expect. Guess they can probably afford a few parking tickets here and there …

We love to make fun of the Olsen Twins so much, it’s almost second nature. Their fashion sense is among the worst in Hollywood, in our opinion - yet one of our favorite stars, Lauren Conrad, disagrees. At least a little.

At a party on May 5, The Hills star showed her stripes in a Elizabeth and James top - which is none other than Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s clothing line!

Conrad also sported her favorite American Apparel leggings - and her best friend / accessory in the world, Lauren Bosworth (also known as Lo)!
