So promises the first official trailer for Fifty Shades Darker, which was released today after an earlier teaser and poster hit the Internet.
The extended preview for Universal’s sequel to last year’s controversial Fifty Shades of Grey is out and, yes, it teases plenty of sex to come between Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey.
They will be played once again by Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan, respectively.
Aside from the many shirtless shots of Grey, however, the trailer below makes it appear as if Fifty Shades Darker will focus a bit more on the horror aspect of this story.
At one point, Anastasia is lying in bed when she’s jarred awake by what looks to be another woman in the room.
Is she actually there? Is Steele seeing things? Is Christian keeping some major secrets from here?
We think we all know the answer to that last question, don’t we?
Elsewhere, like we said: there’s a lot of sex.
There’s an especially steamy sex scene that involves a shower, running hot water and more clothing than you typically see in a shower sex scene.

At the end of the day, however, it looks like this sequel will come down to whether or not Anastasia can trust Christian.
He comes across like a seriously shady dude, but look at that face!
