The marriage between Jenelle Evans and David Eason is over.
But the drama between these violent estranged spouses is only just beginning.
Days after the former Teen Mom star announced her plans to divorce Eason, we can now confirm that Evans has also filed different sort of paperwork:
She has been granted an order of protection against Eason as well.
For what reason? What did Evans say in her official filing? Scroll down for all the unfortunate details...
We Can't Believe It Has Come to This
Jenelle and David just seemed to perfect for each other and so in love and so very stable throughout their marriage, you know?
We can totally believe it has come to this. And while it's easy to make jokes, the sad fact remains: Three little kids are effected by the mess that has been made of this relationship.
Those Poor, Poor Children
Jenelle and David share two-year old Ensley, while Jenelle has two other sons with ex-lovers. Eason also has an 11-year old daughter from a previous relationship. Let's always keep them in mind, shall we?
But Evans Has Finally Had Enough
Following many months of ugliness and chaos -- lowlighted by Eason almost certainly breaking Jenelle's collarbone a year ago and then murdering her dog this past spring -- Jenelle told followers a few days ago that she is ending the marriage.
How Did She Explain This Decision?
"I’ve mostly kept off social media the past few days because I’ve been focused on making some big life decisions. I’ve lived my life on camera since I was 17 years old. And a lot of it hasn’t been pretty," she said on Instagram, more candid than ever before."
And She Continued:
"But it’s been my life. Like anyone else I want what’s best for my kids and I want to be happy. With time away from Teen Mom I’ve started to look at my life differently and I know I need to make changes. I’m starting that now."
Well Done, Jenelle
She then disclosed that she and the children have “moved away from David" and concluded: “Nobody gets into a marriage expecting it to end but I know that’s what is best for me, and for my kids. Today I’ve filed papers to start that process.”
What Has She Said Since Then?
Nothing of note, actually. Jenelle has not rubbed any salt in any wounds and has remained mostly quiet.
But Eason? Well...
He linked online to a TMZ article that mentioned Jenelle wanting full custody of Ensley -- and THEN he linked to a story about Jenelle having a major case of road rage last year, implying that she's an awful mother.
This is Okay?!?
That's what the moron wrote about Jenelle's past (which is anything but okay, folks), despite his own past of homophobic and bigoted comments, along with his alleged beating of Jenelle last October.
Oh, Yeah, and He Also Called Evans "Stupid"
See for yourself right here.
Evans is Now Fighting Back, However
And she's doing it not with some random Tweet or Instagram Story. But with some serious legal action.
STAY AWAY, DUDE!
In documents obtained by E! News, the former Teen Mom cast member has filed for a restraining order and a court has granted this requested. These papers document numerous incidents of David's alleged abuse and say Evans is concerned for her and her children's safety.
Who is Cover by This Order of Protection?
The temporary order of protection is issued on behalf of Jenelle and her three children: 10-year-old Jace Evans, 5-year-old Kaiser Griffith and 2-year-old Ensley Eason.
The Guy May Seriously Kill Me
Jenelle writes in the November 4 filing that Eason's threats have "escalated" over the past few days, adding, "Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children's well-being," she says.
And She Has the Receipts!
Evans -- who is obviously no angel herself -- goes on to detail 11 alleged incidents involving Eason over the past two years, many of which are familiar to celebrity gossip fans.
Jenelle accuses Eason of both physical and verbal abuse, in addition to destroying her property and killing their canine, something to which he's previously confessed. Jenelle temporarily lost custody of her kids when David killed the French bulldog in April, which also led to her firing from Teen Mom 2. Just insane stuff.
This is Really Bad, You Guys
During one alleged incident, which Evans claims took place on February 17, 2019, David told her: "You can die for all I care. You're a piece of s--t. Biggest piece of s--t I've ever seen."
There's Plenty More, Too
The disgraced Teen Mom also claims that she recorded David saying these horrible words -- and that Eason then allegedly locked Kaiser in their running car! "While Kaiser was trying to unlock it, David continuously locked it again with my spare key, scaring both me and Kaiser," Jenelle says in the documents.
Then There Was the Time Eason Suspected Jenelle of Cheating
This was just last month, as Eason sent Evans a picture of an unidentified man and wrote, "This is your new boyfriend. I'm going to break his neck and feed you his head." David then supposedly texted her: "My goal in life is to make sure you regret leaving me like this."
"Given his actions," she writes in her filing, "and knowing his temperament, I believe he was implying that he would kill himself if I do not come back to him... For all of these reasons, I'm afraid that David will harm me or my children, and that he will continue to threaten me using text messages, phone calls, or on the internet."
What Does the Order Actually State?
Per E! News, the protection order awards temporary custody to Jenelle... mandates that David will have no contact with Jenelle or the kids... and will not post about Jenelle on social media or the internet. Jenelle has also requested that David pay for lawyer's fees as the case continues.
Where is She Right Now?
Evans states in the documents that her and the kids have left North Carolina and are currently living in Tennessee.
