Long before Kailyn Lowry announced that she’s pregnant with her fourth child, rumors began circulating non-stop on social media.
Fans and detractors alike insisted that Lowry was once again pregnant by Chris Lopez – and the source was pretty reliable.
After all, Chris’ aunt posted photos of Kail’s ultrasound as revenge for the damage Lowry had allegedly done to her nephew.
(Seems to us Chris kind of totally did the damage himself by being a deadbeat dad, but more on that subject later.)
Anyway, the Teen Mom 2 star eventually went public with her pregnancy, but Chris still denied any involvement.

Chris Lopez is finally admitting that he’s the father of Kailyn Lowry’s fourth child. But if he’s hoping that will help improve relations with his baby mama, he’s got another thing coming.

Kail announced her pregnancy earlier this month after weeks of unsuccessfully trying to keep the news under wraps.

“Baby No. 4 is coming soon! I’m almost 16 weeks pregnant and it’s been a rough few months this time around. I’ve had nausea, morning sickness, and absolutely no energy,†she wrote at the time. “This week I’m starting to feel a bit better and I’m really hoping it stays this way!â€Â
Always Hustling
Kail took a lot of flak for cashing in on her announcement by using the occasion to promote a pregnancy app. But we doubt she regrets the decision.
Doing What She Has to Do
After all, she’s expecting another kid with Chris, who’s not exactly reliable when it comes to child support payments.
What a Guy
In fact, Lopez recently tried unsuccessfully to surrender all parental rights to Lux, his 3-year-old son with Lopez.
Lux Life
The move would’ve released Lopez from making child support payments in exchange for granting Kail full custody in perpetuity. However, it was blocked by a judge.
It Keeps Getting Worse
And that’s not the only reason to be concerned about Chris. We recently learned that Kail has a restraining order against her allegedly abusive ex.

In fact, it seems she conceived her fourth child within about a week of when she accused Chris of attacking her.

Kail says she tried to keep the pregnancy a secret because she was initially planning to have an abortion, but she eventually decided to keep it.

At first, Lopez denied that he was the father. But this week, he decided to finally come clean.
Changing Tactics
Chris didn’t come right out and say, “Yes, I’m the father of Kailyn’s baby!” That’s not his style.

Instead, he stopped denying that he’s the father … and he thanked his fans for their support.

“They help you out believe it or not,†he said in an Instagram Story posted on Tuesday, February 18.

“It is cool to see people that don’t even know you reaching out trying to give you words of advice or encouragement. I appreciate it,†Lopez continued.

Chris celebrated his pseudo-paternity announcement by posting this photo. “Eyes been open since I seen the things y’all really do #blameonme,†he captioned the pic.
Kail Is Unimpressed
Kail has yet to respond to the fact that Chris kind of, sort of finally admitted he’s the father of her child. But since the admission didn’t come with any promise to start paying child support, she probably doesn’t care.

And you can be sure she won’t stop reminding the world that Chris has never been there for his first son … and he probably won’t be there for his second.
