Jinger Duggar has long enjoyed a reputation as the most rebellious member of her famous family.
But while the 25-year-old might enjoy rocking the boat by defying the famous Duggar dress code and taking up residence in a liberal, coastal metropolis, the stability of her marriage has never been called into question -- until now.
Jinger has always been effusive in her praise of husband, Jeremy Vuolo.
But lately, she's been piling it on thicker than ever.
And some fans suspect all this pro-Jeremy propaganda might be part of Jinger's attempt to repair a fractured relationship.
It's a stretch, but to be fair, it's not the most bonkers Duggar theory we've ever heard.
It all started when Jinger posted this photo of Jeremy last week.
"I love our little family. God has been so kind in giving me the most incredible husband in the world!" she captioned the pic.
"I don’t have enough words to describe how much I love & adore him. He is selfless, kind, fun, caring, humorous sensitive, strong, loving, compassionate, always serving his family, and loving Christ supremely."
Jinger went on to praise Jeremy's skills as a father, writing:
"I absolutely love watching Jer as he so gently cares for our sweet Felicity. She absolutely adores him.
"When she woke up this morning, the first word that came out of her mouth was, 'Daddy!' Seeing the sweet bond she shares with him, and how she lights up when he enters the room melts me every time."
That's one seriously lengthy caption, but it's not all that unusual for Jinge and Jer to sing each other's praises on the 'Gram.
After that, the whole family took a trip to the arena to watch Jeremy's former team, the New York Red Bulls, take on the Los Angeles Football Club.
Needless to say, Jinger has been celebrating Jeremy even more than usual on Instagram lately.
And some fans think it's a sign of trouble in paradise.
For reasons that aren't entirely clear, an interview that Jinger and Jeremy gave back in April, has been making the rounds this week, and fans are pointing to it as further evidence of difficulty within the marriage.
They specifically point to the part where Jinger admits she felt insecure in the early days of her relationship with Jeremy:
“I knew he was an awesome, awesome guy, but I was like ‘he’d never be interested in me, that’s for sure,’” Jinger told podcast host and fellow reality star Audrey Roloff.
Of course, those some fans seem to neglecting the part where Jeremy says he was equally insecure:
“She says, ‘Well, he would never be interested in me,’ and I reciprocated that," Vuolo remarked in the same podcast.
"I thought, ‘She’s never going to be interested in me’ … but I believe in a big God who can change hearts so I thought I’d pray anyway.”
Yeah, we're gonna go ahead and just assume that everything is fine between these two.
Now let's all get back to focusing on the aspects of life in the Duggar clan that actually merit this sort of scrutiny.
