Fifty Shades of Grey is about to get even shadier. If you know what we mean!
The sexy film adaptation of E.L. James’ smash hit erotic novel is coming to Blu-ray in a digital, unrated HD edition that also contains an alternate ending.

The preview juxtaposes original movie scenes with interviews featuring James and the two leads of the already hugely successful movie franchise.
Due out digitally May 1 and in stores May 8, the unrated Fifty Shades of Grey movie boasts new scenes, more racy footage, and a different conclusion.
It’s not clear how else the movie might’ve ended, but there’s been little insight from Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson on the re-imagined closing scenes.
The theatrical version (SPOILER ALERT!) ends rather abruptly, after Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele’s relationship has just taken an interesting turn.
It also remains to be seen how raunchy the uncut version will be, given that many expected (or even hoped for) an NC-17 Fifty Shades of Grey movie initially.
"I knew from the start that it would be a passionate love story," best-selling author James says at one point. "I always described it as a love story with kink."
Just how much kink is too much – and whether the Fifty Shades of Grey sequels will offer even more than the original – is the subject of much debate.
