PETA doesn't care that Super Bowl viewers saw a glimpse of Janet Jackson's boob a few years ago.

This irritating organization is far more concerned over the fact that the singer is wearing a fur coat in a new promotional ad for her Blackgama clothing line, as seen here:

Naming Jackson its Grinch of the Year, PETA issued a statement this week that reads:

"When Janet Jackson had her infamous 'wardrobe malfunction' during the Super Bowl, at least the flesh that popped into view was her own. Unlike the stolen animal skins that she drapes herself with, which are as dead as her taste in fashion (not to mention her career). Ms. Jackson, you're just plain nasty."

And PETA knows a thing or two about nastiness. In order to drum up attention for itself animals, the company is starting a porn site.

As part of her Number Ones, Up Close and Personal Tour, the long-time artist danced around on the Sony Centre stage in front of an intimate crowd that totaled just 3,200 people.

No wardrobe malfunction was needed to ogle some serious Janet Jackson cleavage in Canada.

Currently without a record deal, Janet belted out such classics as "The Pleasure Principle," "Control" and "What Have You Done For Me Lately," but she saved her most emotional performance for last.

With a video of her late brother playing behind her, Jackson teamed up with Michael on a duet of "Scream." She also showed pictures of the siblings as young children during her encore.

The veteran artist has announced a slew of North American dates for an upcoming tour that will feature singles from her chart-topping album "Number Ones."

"These concerts will be different from anything I have ever done," Jackson writes on her website. "I will be as up close and personal as possible. These concerts are not about special effects. This is a love affair between me and those of you who have supported me and my work for all these years. I'll be singing and dancing from my heart."

Is Janet Jackson engaged to Wissam Al Mana? No, no she's not.

She had to deal with the same rumors about her last boyfriend, but that's all they are in this case, too. Rumors. And she takes them in stride.

On Good Morning America to promote her new film For Colored Girls, she says there's no truth to the engagement story, but she's very happy.

Wissam Al Mana is no becoming Mr. Janet Jackson ... yet.

The interview inevitably turned to the singer's personal life and when asked about her blossoming relationship she shot down any marriage rumors.

'He is a very private man so i don't talk about our relationship,' she said of Wissam Al Mana, an Middle Eastern businessman she began dating in April.

"But it is really important that I just say this," she continued to her GMA host. "They (media) have been trying to marry me off for a very long time."

"No I am not engaged, I will say that. But, I am in a really good place."

Hey, as long as she's happy, so are we.

Is Wissam Al Mana engaged to Janet Jackson? We can't confirm or deny it, but that's the rumor going around, according to (or made up by) In Touch.

Congratulations if it's true, and even if it's not, we're happy that Janet and her man seem to be doing really well. She deserves to find happiness.

The Why Did I Get Married Too? star dated Jermaine Dupri for seven years prior to striking up her relationship with Wissam earlier this year.

She's a music superstar in her own right, the little sister of the greatest entertainer of all time and a mentor to younger family members such as Austin Brown.

Janet Jackson is also a fashion icon who made waves earlier this year by cutting her hair almost entirely off. It's grown back a lot since, but is still very short.

New boyfriend Wissam Al Mana could be a big reason for that.

After splitting from longtime boyfriend Jermaine Dupri after a seven-year relationship last summer, Jackson slowly eased into this new romance. The pop star and her man were snapped soaking up the rays in Sardinia, Italy.

The 44-year-old Why Did I Get Married Too? star and the 35-year-old businessman from Qatar, who owns homes worldwide, have been quietly enjoying each other's company, according to reports. Glad she's moving on and happy!

It's nice to see Michael's sister happy again.

We're guessing Wissam Al Mana approves of Janet's new haircut too.

In non-romance news, she's currently writing True You, an exercise and nutrition book. She told Essence she "wanted to write this book because [she] wanted kids to have something to read and know that they are beautiful as they are."

Janet Jackson just celebrated her 44th birthday, and decided to turn over a new leaf in the form of a chic, much shorter hairstyle in London on Wednesday.

The sister of the late Michael Jackson, who is currently single, has been largely out of the limelight in what has been an emotional last 11 months for her.

We're kinda digging the new hairstyle, despite (or maybe because of) the fact that it marks such a dramatic shift from the gorgeous singer's normal look.

Okay, you might say it's a little heavy on the airbrushing, but Janet Jackson still looks great on the new cover of Gotham magazine. We're big fans of Janet.

While a somewhat odd choice for the cover of the magazine's wedding issue (she is newly single after splitting with Jermaine Dupri), we have no complaints.

Janet has a new album out, and a new perspective on life. Following a tragic year for her family, who bid farewell to Michael, she's finally ready to move on.

We have no doubt that she will. Janet has always seemed remarkably normal and well-adjusted compared to most members of her famous family. You go girl ...

Miss Jackson moves on. We can't wait to follow.

The Jackson family tried to stop Michael Jackson's addiction to prescription drugs by staging interventions, Janet Jackson said on Good Morning America today.

"Of course, that's what you do," the youngest member of the Jackson family said in an interview. "Those are the things that you do when you love someone."

"You can't just let them continue on that way. We tried that more than a few times," says Janet, who laments that ultimately, "We weren't very successful."

The singer says Michael Jackson responded in a measured way to his family's attempts to help. "He understood that it was out of love, out of caring."

She refutes critics' claims that the family was naive about Michael's problems or enabled the icon. Nevertheless, she admits, "People can be in denial."

Janet Jackson continues to speak out about her brother's death.

When ABC's Robin Roberts went to ask a follow-up question about Michael being in denial, she replies, "I wish he could answer this question. And not me."

Jackson said she is a "big believer in the power of prayer, but that's something you can't do for them ... it's something they have to do for themselves."

Growing up, Janet says of her eight siblings, she was closest to "Mike." The last time they spent time together was "a few days before my birthday," May 16.

"We had a lot of fun laughing. He was cracking up ... Laughing at me."

Michael Jackson tragically passed away June 25. Earlier this week, Janet said she believes Dr. Conrad Murray should be held responsible for his death.

On a personal note, Janet also put the kibosh on rumors that she's getting back together with Jermaine Dupri, though the two remain very close.
