Sadly, we haven't heard the last of Donald Sterling.

Just a few days after saying he was all for the Los Angeles Clippers being sold to Steve Ballmer, the estranged owner of this NBA franchise has now done a 180.

Forget receiving $2 billion in a sale. He wants to sue the league for $1 billion.

Saying how his client “must fight to protect [his] rights,” Sterling’s lawyer released a statement last night saying Sterling never wanted to sell the franchise.

He's being forced into the deal by Commissioner Adam Silver, who banned Sterling for life after multiple recordings of Sterling being totally racist went viral online.

Silver also said he would convene the 29 other owners to vote and force a sale by Sterling.

Justin Bieber has apologized for racist videos made while the pop mega-star was still in his teens, but many understandably feel that even the sincerest admission of guilt is simply not enough, given the abhorrent content of Bieber's bigoted "jokes."

One such critic is rapper Lupe Fiasco who recently likened Justin's comments to the blatantly racist remarks made by Donald Sterling, former owner of the LA Clippers.

"Justin Bieber said it, so it's cool and people are already coming to his defense," said Fiasco in an interview with MTV.

"Donald Sterling made a billion dollars when he sold the team and then there was such an uproar over someone who didn't use the N-word at all, but then you have someone who made a very racist joke about it - I wonder if Justin's gonna get the same treatment as Donald Sterling."

Donald Sterling really knows how to make friends, doesn't he?

The former Los Angeles Clippers owner, who yelled at girlfriend V. Stiviano because she hung out in public with African-Americans and then blasted Magic Johnson for having AIDS, was approached yesterday by TMZ.

And it's safe to say Sterling wasn't too pleased about being asked a pretty basic question.

Watch his angry reaction now:

We need to stop paying attention to Donald Sterling, we know.

Following his bizarre rant against Magic Johnson this week, combined with his generally racist views overall of course, the 80-year old Los Angeles Clippers is simply a vile human being unworthy of anyone's time.

But new audio recordings of Sterling have been obtained by The Daily Mail and it's our job to bring them to you.

In the latest ramblings, Sterling is allegedly talking to hip-hop artist Maserati as he refers to V. Stiviano as the "most discriminatory person I have ever met" because she wishes she were white.

He accuses Stiviano of being a “monster” who mistreats her own family and praises her as an "animal" in bed... even though it takes him an hour to get an erection. Sorry. But blame Sterling...

Magic Johnson is taking the high road when it comes to Donald Sterling.

In his interview with Anderson Cooper on CNN last night, Sterling did apologize for his recent racist rant, which was directed at girlfriend V. Stiviano and released as an audio recording a few weeks ago.

But the 80-year old Clippers owner also went off on Magic for some reason, blasting the NBA legend for having AIDS and for doing nothing to help the African-American community.

His words really needs to be heard to be believed:

In response, Johnson called in to TMZ this afternoon, denied talk that he's trying to purchase the Clippers and said:

"I'm a proud black man. I'm a leader in the black community and I take that role seriously."

A couple weeks after being exposed as a huge racist, Donald Sterling sat for an interview with Anderson Cooper last night.

And he somehow managed to make himself sound like an even worse human being.

After saying he's not a racist and expressing a little remorse ("I made a terrible mistake."), Sterling grew defensive and irritated, ignoring his long history of racial discrimination lawsuits and asking whether one is permitted to mess up just once in 35 years of ownership.

He then went off on Magic Johnson.

Donald Sterling is asking for your forgiveness.

The embattled Los Angeles Clippers owner sat down with Anderson Cooper yesterday for an interview that will air tonight on CNN.

During the exchange, Sterling took responsible for the racist remarks he made to V. Stiviano, while also denying talk that he actually is a racist.

"I'm not a racist," he reportedly told Cooper. "I made a terrible mistake. I'm here to apologize."

This interviews marks Sterling's first official comments about the audio recordings that hit the Internet last month, in which he berated Stiviano for being seen with African-Americans and in which he said she was "stupid" for thinking one's skin color doesn't matter.

A new audio recording of Donald Sterling has hit the Internet.

In this tape, however, Sterling is not making racist comments. Instead, he's trying to state the case that he isn't actually a racist.

"You think I’m a racist?” Sterling asks a long-time friend in a recorded phone conversation. “You think I have anything in the world but love for everybody? You don’t think that! You know I’m not a racist!"

The identity of the man on the other line is unknown, but Radar insists the tape is real. It has not revealed who leaked it to the press.

Sterling was caught telling girlfriend V. Stiviano a few weeks ago that it “bothers” him “a lot” that she wants to “broadcast that you’re associating with black people.”

The Los Angeles Clippers owner has since been banned from the league for life and owners will soon vote on whether or not he must sell the team.

V. Stiviano, the 31-year old woman whose recordings officially exposed Donald Sterling as a huge racist, is under investigation by the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office.

Authorities are looking into whether or not Stiviano tried to extort the Los Angeles Clippers owner by asking for money in exchange for not releasing any more damaging tapes.

According to KABC, the blackmail assertion was brought to the DA by someone associated with Sterling.

In late April, a pair of audio tapes hit the Internet.

In one, Sterling berates Stiviano (his personal assistant and likely lover) for hanging out with African-Americans in public; in the other, he sounds like a slave owner in bragging about how he puts food on the plates of his black employees.

For the first time since releasing a pair of audio recordings that paint embattled Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling as a racist, V. Stiviano sat down for an interview last night.

The 31-year old spoke to Barbara Walters for 20/20 and at first denied that she's "a mistress or a whore or a woman of the night."

Stiviano said she has served as Sterling's personal assistant for years and that she feels badly for the 80-year old these days.

At various times, Stiviano described Sterling as "confused, very alone," and emotionally traumatized,” and added that she wants to come "to his rescue."
