Michael Lohan has had it up to here with ex-wife Dina Lohan's claims that he raped her back in 1990. He's threatening to sue her if she doesn't STFU.

MiLo's attorney just sent a cease-and-desist letter to her after her recent interview in which she detailed the alleged rape and preceding cocaine binge.

She also provided black eye photos in an attempt to prove her bombshell story.

Calling Dina's allegations "false, defamatory, and unlawful," Mike's lawyer also implies she's been harassing him with voicemails and emails of late.

In a new interview, Dina Lohan basically implies that Lindsay Lohan is a train wreck because she saw her father, Michael Lohan, abuse drugs - and her mom.

"I need to make the world aware that Lindsay is messed up because her father is so messed up," Dina told the New York Daily News in an explosive story.

Dina claims her daughter's ongoing problems all stem from graphic incidents in which she witnessed her father beat her mother in 1986 - and rape in 1990.

"Lindsay saw her dad abuse me - that's why she's so screwed up," Dina said. "She saw a lot of crazy stuff. I want the world to know the root of her problems."

• Lindsay and Dina Lohan got into a blowup at 4 a.m. Tuesday, following your basic mother/daughter night out at a NYC nightclub.
• Lindsay responded by calling her dad and explaining how loco her mom had gone and how she was totally on drugs.
• Lindsay then called TMZ, backtracked on any drug-based allegation, referring to the fight with Dina as "normal" mother/daughter stuff (like clubbing until 4 a.m.!) - and went off on Michael for making her phone call to him public.

Lindsay Lohan wants to set the record straight about her blowout fight with mom Dina, and how she feels about her dad Michael secretly recording their phone call.

First off, LiLo says she lied about her mom being on cocaine during the fight.

"I told my dad a really hurtful and untruthful lie about my mom. She was not on cocaine," the 26-year-old said on celebrity gossip program TMZ Live.

That supposed lie was played for all the world, since MiLo likes to record phone calls and release them to the media - a fact Lindsay is justifiably PISSED about.

Family and friends of Lindsay and Dina Lohan are urging both women to go to rehab following their epic fight yesterday morning, according to reports.

The two had been clubbing in NYC until 4 a.m., then began arguing over money en route home to Dina's place on Long Island. There, it got physical.

Police responded to a 911 call and filed a report, though no one was arrested. Lindsay also called her dad and pleaded for help, fearing her coked up devil of a mom.
