Looks like the haters may have been right all along.

According to reports, Usher recently called the police on his soon-to-be ex-wife, accusing Tameka Foster of sneaking onto his property and keying his car.

Law enforcement sources say that when officers arrived at the baby-faced star's crib, Tameka (who now goes by Tameka Raymond) was nowhere in sight.

Police later interviewed both Tameka and Usher, but decided there was no evidence or witnesses to substantiate Usher's claim that she scratched his ride.

But the drama didn't end there.

Police sources say Usher called the cops on Tameka again several days later, complaining that Tameka again got onto his property and wouldn't leave.

By the time cops arrived that time, Tameka took off.

Usher filed for divorce back in June ... but it hasn't been finalized just yet. They have two kids, Usher Raymond V, 21 months; and Naviyd, 9 months.

He has since been linked to Grace Miguel.

We owe every Tameka Foster hater an apology.

From the outset of her relationship with Usher, his fans have been bashing Foster and her intentions with the R&B singer. Looks like they were right.

A few weeks after it was announced that the couple had been living apart for almost a year, Foster is going on record with her supposed ignorance over the state of her marriage.

In a court filing this week, Tameka claims she and her soon-to-be ex-husband have not been separated since July 2008 and were actually "intimately together" less than a week before he began divorce proceedings.

Come on, Tameka. TMI!

She had "every reason to believe her marriage was intact," Foster's lawyer states in documents filed Monday in Atlanta.

However, because it clearly was not, the mother of two sons with Usher now aims for her estranged husband to take care of all legal fees pertaining to the divorce and to continue to support his family financially.

Let's hope Grace Miguel, Usher's rumored new squeeze, is a bit more of an understanding woman. Can't a brother just sing, dance, sport the best abs in Hollywood and be left alone when he wants to be?

The singer was lambasted for his poor judgment when he married Tameka Foster; now, almost two years later, the couple is getting a divorce.

“The Grammy winner has been living apart from his wife for nearly a year after almost two years of marriage,” an insider told In Touch Weekly. “Usher’s primary concern is for his children. He is a great father and just wants to do what is right for them.”

Usher and Tameka are parents to a pair of toddlers: Usher Raymond V, 18 months; and Naviyd, 6 months.

While this is sad news, at least it clears Usher of any infidelity charges. The singer has been spotted recently with Grace Miguel. With abs like his, no shock that it doesn't take long to move on!

Tameka Raymond (also known by her maiden name, Tameka Foster) is headed home.

The wife of Usher has been released from a Sao Paulo hospital after spending over a week recovering from a cardiac arrest suffered prior to undergoing plastic surgery, a hospital spokeswoman announced earlier today.

At the family's request, no further details were available from the medical facility. Usher has not publicly commented on the situation since it broke.

Following a botched plastic surgey procedure, Tameka Foster appears to be on the road to recovery.

But an inside look at the path taken by Usher's wife, courtesy of People Magazine, reveals an irresponsible doctor and a woman that desperately wanted to lose her excess baby weight.

Here's what we know about the near-medical tragedy:

• Two months after giving birth, Tameka went to Brazil for liposuction on her stomach, according to Ellen Dasptry, a representative for Sao Paulo plastic surgeon Dr. Silvio Sterman.

• Before the surgery could commence, Foster went into cardiac arrest, which led to an induced coma. Said Dasptry:

"When an attack like this happens, the doctors put the patient to sleep... and make sure that everything is okay and that there has not been any damage. This is the protocol every time and this is what was done."

• Tameka spent a day in the ICU before being transferred to a larger facility, one of the best in Brazil, Sao Paulo's Hospital Sírio-Libanês.

Note to readers considering plastic surgery: conduct in-depth research on your doctor!

While Tameka Foster appears to be recovering from a medical emergency suffered during a liposuction operation Sao Paolo, the road hasn't been easy.

According to media outlets in Brazil, Usher's controversial wife underwent cardiac and respiratory arrest as she was being anesthetized for the procedure.

Scary stuff. We hope Lisa Rinna and Sharon Stone are paying attention.

To the possible chagrin of Usher fans that wish her never married her, Tameka Foster is doing okay.

A representative of the singer says Foster "in stable condition after suffering complications from routine surgery in Brazil," earlier this week.

"Her husband, Usher, is with her at the hospital. No further details will be released, and the family requests privacy at this difficult time," the insider added.

As previously reported, the sexy crooner cancelled his performance at Saturday night's Recording Academy and Clive Davis' pre-Grammy Gala. The crowd was told that Usher bowed out due to a "serious injury in the family."

A serious family emergency caused Usher to cancel his performance at a pre-Grammy Awards party last night - and one celebrity gossip report claims it's because his wife, Tameka Foster, is in trouble after having cosmetic surgery.

Music bigwig Clive Davis announced at his Pre-Grammy Bash that Usher's last minute cancellation was due to a "serious injury in the family."

According to Access Hollywood, Tameka had "experienced complications from plastic surgery" in Brazil. What work she was having done is unclear.

Access claims a neurosurgeon is on the way to South America to assist Mrs. Usher - who just gave birth to their second child back in December.

An earlier report said that Tameka Foster was dead after botched plastic surgery, but Usher's rep quickly denied that. It is believed, however, that Foster did indeed suffer serious complications from a cosmetic procedure.

Above all else, we hope Tameka Foster is alright.

The child joins older brother Usher Raymond V, who turned 1 on November 26.

Last month, Usher told Access Hollywood that his impending baby was "one of the best Christmas gifts there is to have."
