The Bachelor's Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell may have been painful to watch on Couples Therapy, but they credit it with saving their relationship.

Things didn't exactly look good on the show (they rarely do with Juan Pablo regarding anything), but he and Nikki Ferrell are still very much together.

Thanks in no small part, he says, to the guidance of Dr. Jenn Berman.

"We are so glad we did [Couples Therapy]," Juan Pablo, 33, said.

"I don't think we'd be together right now if we hadn't done it."

The two have also shared a long-distance relationship, which hasn't helped matters, but the real challenge for Nikki was his lack of concern. For anything.

"I just sometimes feel like he's so nonchalant about things," Ferrell lamented to Berman. "I don't want to force anything from him, there's still a part of me who wonders."

"Maybe today it's gonna come. Maybe tomorrow it's gonna come."

Farrah Abraham and Catelynn Lowell ended up settling their beef recently, but not before nearly coming to blows as fellow guests on VH1's Couples Therapy.

Probably the only thing more uncomfortable than watching Juan Pablo Galavis on Couples Therapy was the Teen Mom cast turning on one another.

Although the latter was entertaining, at least.

When Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra, her longtime fiance, brought up Farrah's "disappointed" quote re: Catelynn's recent pregnancy announcement?

It was game on, and it got ugly fast!

When Abraham refused to admit to the comment she obviously made, Catelynn and Tyler got personal with their former co-star for going on Couples Therapy solo.

Farrah denied this was a stunt because she needed money, insisting she has plenty ... at which point Cate snapped "because you sold your vagina!"

Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell appeared on the premiere of VH1's Couples Therapy Wednesday night, and it was literally painful to watch.

Seriously, if you watch The Bachelor, you know how indescribably bad he was on that? Well, this is probably worse, because he's almost more earnest.

Normally that's a good thing, but with Juan Pablo? Being more earnest just means being even more open and honest about what a douche he is.

Remember when Juan Pablo Galavis non-proposed to Nikki Ferrell and didn't tell her he loved her, but she agreed to stay with him on the finale?

Well, that was then and ... it's also now. On Couples Therapy, we learn that he still hasn't done so, and still has no idea (or concern) about Nikki's feelings.

Dr. Jenn Berman, the soothing counseling and reality show host, asked Juan Pablo gently on the premiere what he thinks about the duo's future.

“I haven’t thought about it,” he says.

Words fail us at this point, honestly.

Even though they didn't make it through a full season the last time they appeared on Couples Therapy, Courtney Stodden and Doug Hutchison were still invited back for the reunion show of the VH1 guilty pleasure.

Courtney was a mess on Couples Therapy back in 2012, admitting to calling her much older husband "dad" and eventually getting kicked out of the house for her refusal to stop dressing like a particularly desperate stripper.

She managed to outdo herself on the reunion show, however, by dropping revelations that we're sure Dad/Doug wishes she'd kept to herself:

Courtney Stodden with Doug Hutchison

"I wasn't acting like a married woman, that's for sure," Courtney said when asked about the low point of her marriage. "I was doing everything. I was going crazy, partying, meeting new people, sleeping around. I was doing it all."

In fairness, Courtney was talking about a period when she was briefly separated from Hutchison. Even so, bragging about banging other dudes on national TV probably isn't great for your reconciliation.

She may love herself more than ever, but the warm and fuzzy feeling was not shared by Farrah Abraham's co-stars on this week's reunion of VH1 Couples Therapy.

She got into it with one of her co-stars on the "All-Star" edition of the series, in which Dr. Jenn Berman counsels celebrity couples on resolving their issues.

Or in Farrah's case, just Farrah. She infamously and hilariously went on the show herself after her fake boyfriend at the time, Brian Dawe, got cold feet.

Just the same, Farrah Abraham is Farrah Abraham, and that means ratings and celebrity gossip coverage up the wazoo for the network. So back she is!

She was joined by fellow Teen Mom stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra, Doug Hutchison and Courtney Stodden, and Shayne Lamas and Nik Richie.

While Farrah ended her feud with Catelynn, it was the final couple - Joel 'JoJo' and Tashaunda 'Tiny' Hailey - who she got into a new beef with this week.

Teen Mom slash porn star-author-entrepreneur Farrah Abraham, returning to VH1's Couples Therapy for its All-Star Reunion, does not lack for self-confidence.

This has always been true, but it's something she credits the show with.

Farrah Abraham and Catelynn Lowell

“Not everything is perfect," she said on the reunion special, "I don’t have somebody in my life or anything, but I do know that I’m making the right steps.”

“I had an amazing experience and a lot of growth personally with Dr. Jenn, and it was a good thing for me to come back and share where I am."

“I am now very secure with being single and I love myself more than I ever have and I think self love is more important right now for my own sake."

Hard as it is not to giggle or have your mind go to some filthy places when you read a Farrah Abraham quote about "self love," she's serious in her outlook.

Abraham ended her feud with Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra.

A lot can apparently change in a week.

Just a few days ago, we reported that Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell were going strong.

But we can now confirm that the former Bachelor star and his girlfriend have signed on for Season 5 of VH1's Couples Therapy, on which they'll be counseled by marriage and family therapist Dr. Jenn Berman.

Look for Juan Pablo and Nikki to address the issues and obstacles they've been facing ever since getting together at the end of the aforementioned ABC reality show.

Juan Pablo and Nikki Ferrell

Juan Pablo and Nikki drew a lot of fire after ending up together after Season 18, largely because Galavis never said he loved his new girlfriend.

But Ferrell is okay with this.

Feuding former Teen Mom co-stars Farrah Abraham and Catelynn Lowell are set to reunite on VH1's Couples Therapy: All Stars! Which is apparently a thing!

Both appeared on Couples Therapy in the past, Catelynn with fiance/stepbrother Tyler Baltierra and Farrah solo after her fake boyfriend bailed.

Now, Farrah has budgeted some time in between her lingerie DJ tour and dabbling with businessmen as an actual hooker to return to the program.

The bad blood between Catelynn Lowell and Farrah Abraham goes back a long time, but really heated up recently thanks to MTV's Teen Mom reboot.

One that Farrah will not be a part of. Her co-stars considered her a “bad example” and did not want to be featured on a new season if she participated.

Shortly after that news broke, Farrah made a harsh comment about Catelynn and Tyler, who gave their first baby up for adoption, wanting to have another.

Essss not okay in the land of The Bachelor winners Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell. They are officially headed to Couples Therapy on VH1.

Which is nothing short of hilarious for so many different reasons.

The duo, who ended up together after Andi Dorfman and Clare Crawley dressed him down on the show, is somehow still together a few months later.

Even that beat the odds set by many people, but they've apparently hit a rough patch, or decided to desperately seek 15 more minutes of fame.

Enter VH1’s Couples Therapy, which airs its fifth season on September 10, and most recently featured Jon Gosselin and a SOLO Farrah Abraham.

Yeah. It's the bottom of the barrel, even by reality TV standards.

Farrah Abraham can cry on cue. It's uncanny. Girl bawls like it's her job. Which is basically is, or one of them anyway. Balling James Deen on video is also her job.

Crying is sort of related to that occupation, though. The tall tales she pathologically spins about how her "sex tape" ruined her life make turning on the waterworks easy.

Farrah's crying faces aren't just a byproduct of the porn career she pretends to disavow, though. They date back to before she put the Backdoor in Teen Mom.

If she looks hilariously fake when she tells her sob stories, that's because she likely is faking it. Maybe it's deliberate or maybe it's subconscious, but it's BS.

Girl knows how to lie, and we don't mean on her back while ... you get the idea. Check out 13 epic Farrah Abraham crying pics and try not to cry ... LOLing:
