You may remember the first Jamie Casino Super Bowl commercial as that insanely WTF?! ad that justifiably went viral after last year’s big game.

Now, the most metal personal injury attorney in Savannah is back, and he may not be exploiting dead kids like Nationwide, but he’ll most certainly have you wondering what in the hell you just watched:

The Hollywood Gossip Logo

Where to begin?

As far as we can tell this clip has something to do with cancer, bullying, some sort of whiskey-swilling redneck devil, a badass sledgehammer-wielding angel, and political corruption.

If you’re somehow able to connect those dots and tell us what’s going on in this "commercial," please do.

We put "commercial" in quotes because, seriously, what is being advertised here?

Did we mention he’s a personal injury attorney? Is he trying to tell us to give him a call if we’re injured by a bully for drawing angels on the school bus?

Frankly, we’re a little disappointed. Yes, Casino’s 2015 ad is still insane, but it’s way more down to earth (yet also more confusing) than its brilliantly off-the-wall predecessor.

The first Casino ad became a national sensation, eventually racking up nearly 6 million views on YouTube, despite the fact that it only hit the airwaves in Savannah.

As a result, it seems Casino went into this year’s clip knowing that expectations were high, and – perhaps as a result of the pressure – he failed to match the batsh-t absurdity of his first clip.

Still, ya gotta give it up to the guy. That’s some serious production value for a personal injury ad.
