Rihanna is no role model, and she'll readily admit that - while hitting back at the PTC for criticizing the message of her new music video this week.

this aids herpes infested whorew should go jump of a bridge somewhere she is nasty undercover dike devil worshipping whore who needs to get som singing lessons better yet go to hell rihanna with your non tlented ass

You hit the nail on the head RBW. One minute she's a role model by her own admission, next minute she's not.

Farah barnes, who messed up their kids? and who leaves Rihanna to parent them? Just because a parent expresses concern doesn't mean they don't handle their business.

Of course, Rihanna is free to express herself, and in that same vein, parents are free to express their views. In the end, we're all responsible for our own actions. Rihanna is no exception. "Rockstar" or not.

Actually, Rihanna's work is targeted at teens and adults. Most teens and young adults (unless they're sheltered) have seen worse things on tv than this. Everybody with common sense knows that Rihana's work isn't aimed at little kids and hasn't been for a while. An artist has the right to express their feelings through their art- even if parents and conservatives don't like the way that artist thinks or feels.

the biggest thing wrong here is rihanna calling herself a rock star seriously? since when is that rock and as a mother the only person responsible for what my children think is acceptable is up to me. Stop leaving your job as a parent up to music movies or tv and stop blaming others because you f****** up your kids. Even if they hadn't listened to eminem talk about killing kim or raping his mom they still would have been messed up take responsibility for what you did or didn't do the world is a cold hard place and art is a way of making it a little better stop trying to tell artists how to do their job and do yours

i personally think S n M was far worse, and its sad to see kids of ages of 7-9 in trains playin that song and singin along to it.. i feel very awkward every time i see that, it jus seems wrong, and wether she likes it or not, she became famous due to those kids who buy her crap. distancing herself away from it is actually having the " super star decease", im a diva, and u all r losers kinda thing.. fucking hell, so stuck up dat girl.! made a career of being the victim, begging for compassion and saying i cant date chris brown because i dont wana be that bad role model for kids who are in the same situation as me.. and now completly hypocraticly changin her image.

The problem is that her demographic is little kids. If she could only be found in the x-rated, adult-only world, it wouldn't be an issue.

And I, as a parent, am looking at the bigger picture. I'm assuming that her defence applies to all of her "art" and public image.

Not everything that an entertainer says, does, or expresses will be appropriate for little kids. And it shouldn't have to be, either. Get over it.

Hey Hey Hey Lets Focus On The REAL Issue Here. RIHANNA Is Never In A Billion Years Gonna Come Close TO A ROCK STAR! GOD Bruno Mars Is More Rock Star Than Her

Why are they pissed about that? Have they not heard S&M? I mean come on now, thats about having sex and getting hurt, and extremely graphic. I would be more upset about that than this video with a little violence. Some parents need to get their head out of the sand and look at the bigger picture.
