Bravo, OK! magazine. You've taken the art of the attention-grabbing supermarket tabloid headline to new heights/depths.
In its latest issue, this celebrity gossip rag boldly states that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are engaged. But, like any credit card or mortgage application, one must read the fine print.
The sub-headline states that Rob proposed to Kristen on set, which is true... in the movie they're filming! As any Twilight Saga fan knows, Edward and Bella agree to marry in Eclipse.
Inside the issue, sources don't say a word about any engagement between Pattinson and Stewart, though insiders do confirm the couple crashes together in Rob’s suite at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre and is very cute in between takes.
“If Kristen is looking for Rob, she’ll say, ‘Has anyone seen my husband?’’’ said a source. “And Rob loves to say, ‘Have you met my lovely wife, Kristen?’ It’s cute. They’re like a couple of love-struck teenagers.”
But these rumored new roommates are trying to keep the PDA to a minimum, insiders confirm, saving "real kisses for after the sun goes down... when you see them disappear into their hotel."
How come?
As previously bantered about, Summit Entertainment wants New Moon viewers to actually believe in the romance between Bella (Stewart) and Jacob (Taylor Lautner) in the upcoming film.
Studio bosses supposedly “fear that if a romance between Rob and Kristen is confirmed, Twilight fans won’t buy into the screen chemistry between Taylor and Kris.”
After the November 20 opening of New Moon, though, look out! This publication's headline might become valid after all.

This world has gone totally crazy. If anyone read the books they would know Bella and Edward get engaged at the end of Eclipse. Real life has absolutely nothing to do with the movie. Rob and Kristin are not engaged it is Bella and Edward. If you don't know the difference between the two stay out of it.

Is this the mentality of the age level they think is watching? Gee, Joanne Woodward was married to Paul Newman for 50+ years and women didn't confuse his screen roles and private life & love him less. Rock Hudson was a man-whore until his homosexuality was exposed. It didn't detract from his roles. LOL, this is too stupid it's their job to make us believe the story without regard to their real lives.

Everyone wants the romance from Twilight to carry over into real life. However, it is their business if it does or not. Leave them alone! If Rob and Kristen want to get romantically involved off the set then good... and if they don't, thats good too. Remember they are not Bella and Edward, they are Kristen and Rob.

rob and kristen have an amazing chemistry on-screen, now if, by some miracle they also enjoy each other's company off-screen, then it's up to them. they're both single - even if kristen is with or have broken up with mike angarano, that does not prevent her from changing her mind - she's still young ! and they so good looking - as a couple, they'll be like brad and angie, maybe even hotter !
