Larissa Lima isn’t the only one who has moved on from her troubled nightmare of a marriage.
Her ex, Colt Johnson, was also spotted dating a new girl.
Even after one of the messiest breakups in 90 Day Fiance history, there are bound to be some lingering feelings.
Is Larissa heartbroken that Colt moved on so quickly?
Is she afraid that this other girl will live through the nightmare that she herself experienced for ten months?
Or is Larissa just a little annoyed that Debbie seems to approve of this new girl but never did of her.

Good news for Colt
At first, he said that he needed time to get over the end of his marriage. Now, it looks like Colt has changed his tune.
Colt is back in the dating game
He hinted as much when he went out of his way to show fans that he was (apparently) purchasing “sexy” lingerie.
Yes, people made the obvious jokes
They made the body-shaming jokes and the jokes that the lingerie was for Debbie. But it appeared that he was buying sexy underthings for a new lady love (even though he would later claim that he did not actually purchase anything; bizarre).
Then he was spotted on a mystery date
Coltee shared this photo himself of him and a mystery woman in a car, presumably being treated to air-conditioning — a step up from last year.
Colt didn’t exactly volunteer many details
The word “crush” in pink was cute enough, but doesn’t give a lot of details about anything.
One detail did stick out
This photo was taken by someone sitting in the center of Colt’s back seat, or so it appears. That, fans quickly concluded, could only mean that it was snapped by Debbie herself. Was she … chaperoning the date?
Then fans saw a clearer picture
This photo ALLEGEDLY shows the same young woman with Colt. And it comes with some wild claims.
Social media is the gift that keeps on giving
According to some unconfirmed claims, this young woman is also Brazilian — meaning that Coltee has a type. But that’s not all.
Apparently the date was … kind of a joke
According to the person’s unproven claims, this young woman went on a date with Colt as a lark, just for the experience, and knew exactly who he was on 90 Day Fiance.
But that’s just one version of events
We don’t know if that claim is true, even though the person did provide a photo as evidence that their info was legit.
And besides …
We don’t know if Coltee has just gone on this one date or on others. Remember, back in December, he apparently assembled a small harem of Instagram side pieces to whom he claimed that his marriage to Larissa was just reality show fakery. That cheating scandal made it very clear that Colt can be a bit of a player when he wants to be.
So what does Larissa think of all of this?
Regardless of your feelings when you break up, it’s normal to have strong feelings one way or the other (or sometimes in multiple directions at the same time) when your ex starts dating again.
And remember, they were MARRIED
The marriage may have lasted all of seven months, but Colt and Larissa didn’t have the shortest relationship on Season 6. (Jonathan and Fernanda broke up WEEKS before Larissa and Coltee did)
Larissa answered the question herself
She says that seeing Colt dating again makes her “Happy.” Larissa explained that “life goes on.”
She’s right, but …
Some would say that her reply is a little selfish. After all, last year, a woman claiming to be Colt’s ex surfaced on social media. She said that she had dated Colt, and alleged that he had weird fetishes and was a sex addict. She expressed sympathy for Larissa — months before more or less any 90 Day Fiance fans felt the same way.
Maybe his next relationship will work out
Not with some girl who went on a date with him on a lark. But sometimes, even people who contributed to a past relationship’s toxic elements can find happiness and peace in their next relationship.
It worked for Larissa
She has a new boyfriend — Eric. He’s in his twenties, he’s independent, he’s hot, and yes — he brings Larissa flowers.
This is no fling, either
Larissa and Eric started dating in February. Their relationship has lasted more than four months, and they still gush about each other on social media.
This is a huge step forward for Larissa
Even Larissa’s biggest fans know that her benavior on 90 Day Fiance did not show her in a great light. Colt gave some viewers the creeps, but Larissa could give them a headache.
It’s good for Colt to move on
Loving your mom is great, and it can make a lot of financial sense to have a roommate whom you love and trust. But Colt and Debbie can’t be the only people in each other’s lives. It’s extremely dysfunctional. One day, they’ll need to sever that umbilical cord.
Colt actually had a “date” months ago
Remember Coltee’s divorce party back in March? He had it at Crazy Horse III, a Las Vegas gentleman’s club. And the club had a drawing to see who would “win” a date with Colt.
The winner was a gorgeous young woman named Samantha
Eyewitnesses claimed that Samantha did not appear to be having a great time by his side. They also reported seeing Colt appear to drink himself silly and have to be carried out by his friends. So … not a real date, and definitely not a good one.
Speaking of whom
Just a week ago, Samantha revealed that she is pregnant. Gossip and rumors and jokes can all be fun, but we want to make it very clear that Coltee is not the father.

This is only tangentially related, but it was sweet and good news and we figured that we weren’t the only ones curious about Samantha’s “life after Colt.”
They actually follow each other on Instagram
Colt and Samantha do, we mean. Actually, Samantha also follows Larissa. She was probably just as fascinated as the rest of us over Colt and Larissa’s messy, messy deal.
It was a MESS
Debbie was 100% right when she said this and this remained true for the months of marriage that followed. It’s still true. Just because they can find happiness apart does not mean that it was possible when they were together.
Speaking of their new lives
Larissa is still experiencing the fallout from her January fight with Colt. Though they both displayed injuries, Larissa was the one arrested and charged.
She has to take domestic violence prevention classes
A lot of fans remain divided over whether Larissa was the instigator or the victim of domestic violence — some believe that it may have been both. But she has been posting about what she sees — simultaneously educating her fans about red flags and toxic behaviors and sometimes seeming to point the finger at Colt without so much as hinting at his name.
She also did her community service-ee
This week, Larissa revealed that at least part of her community service had involved the trans suicide hotline. The transgender community is often targeted with bigotry, violence, and hate. Even celebrities like Jazz Jennings are not immune. And when people get fired from their jobs, denied housing, or narrowly avoid getting murdered by strangers just for existing as themselves, it can drive marginalized folks towards suicide. Suicide hotlines save lives. What a great way to serve her community!

It’s good to know that they’ve moved on
Sometimes, it’s easier to watch something awful unfold if you know that it has a reasonably happy ending. And Larissa and Colt getting divorced was absolutely the best way that this could have worked out.
