Jenelle Evans has a lot on her plate these days.
In the six weeks since she filed for divorce from David Eason, Jenelle has relocated to a new state and essenially started a new life.
These days, Jenelle is raising two of her three kids on her own in Nashville, about 600 miles from her old life in Riegelwood, North Carolina.
Of course, some things never change, and the former Teen Mom 2 star is still contending with intense scrutiny of her personal life.
Over the past week or so, this has meant constant rumors that Jenelle is dating someone new.
Now, Evans is breaking her silence in order to set the record straight on those reports.
Take a look:
Spending Her Nights Alone?
Jenelle Evans appears to be living the life of a single mom these days. But some fans think the former Teen Mom 2 star has already found love with someone new.
The Rumor Mill Keeps Churning
Jenelle says she's 100 percent single, but two persistent rumors about her love life have followed her all the way to Nashville.
Blast From the Past
Some fans are convinced that Jenelle has gotten back together with Nathan Griffith, the father of her middle child, Kaiser.
While we'd love if this were true -- if only because it would royally piss David Eason off -- it seems this rumor is rooted in nothing more than a few friendly exchanges between Jenelle and Nathan on Twitter.
Next up in Jenelle's dating game is Travis Tidwell, a Nashville-based musician who allegedly caught her eye while she was still with David.
The story goes that Jenelle met Travis back in October while she was vacationing in Nashville with David and her kids.
But -- as with the Nathan situation -- as much as we love to contemplate how furious this relationship would make David, there's little evidence that it's actually happening.
Shutting It Down
Earlier this week, Jenelle took to Twitter to set the record straight. She stated in no uncertain terms that she's not dating anyone at the moment.
Back On Her BS
Jenelle claimed that would be the last word on the matter -- but it wasn't long before she felt the need for further clarification.
Getting Into It
"I'm sick and tired of a million people asking me if I'm dating an ex or friends that I hangout with," Evans tweeted on Thursday.
Leave the Kids Out Of It!
Evans also had a message for those who claim they only scrutinize her personal life out of concern for her kids.
"No one needs to worry about what I'm doing even if it's about my kids," she tweeted.
The Never-Ending Story
That last tweet had an air of finality about it, but if you thought that was the end of Jenelle's social media drama, you don't know Jenelle.
The Ashley's Reality Roundup recently posted this interesting tidbit as an explanation for why Evans stopped posting sponsored content on her social media accounts.
No Income Coming In
It was an interesting development, as such posts seemed to be Evans' primary means of paying the bills in the months after she was fired from Teen Mom 2.
The Ashley's explanation seemed to make sense -- but naturally, Jenelle wasn't happy with it. Is she ever happy about anything?
Oh, the Irony
Jenelle claimed she stopped posting clickbait in order to keep her accounts free of drama. She said this, of course, while stirring up drama on Twitter.
Regardless of why Jenelle stopped posting sponsored content, the situation raises the question of how she's paying the rent on that new Nashville apartment.
On Her Own
After all, those who know her best say Evans doesn't have a dime in savings, and these days, she's feeding two mouths with little to no outside help.
The Hole Gets Deeper
And to make matters worse, it seems Jenelle is currently on the outs with her longtime rep, Johnny Donovan.
Granted, Donovan COULD be talking about someone else here ... but that seems very unlikely.
Interestingly, Donovan's tweet brings Jenelle's latest drama full circle by suggesting that there is some truth to the rumors she's got a new man in her life.
In a sense, that's surprising. After all, it's only been about six weeks since Jenelle filed for divorce.
A Repeating Pattern
But in another sense, it's entirely expected. After all, when have we ever known Jenelle to stay single for more than a few weeks?
More to Come ...
So even if Jenelle is still single -- and that's a very big if -- you can be certain she won't be for long!
