Though rumors have whispered that Snooki is divorcing her husband, the two are still together.
In fact, they went on a trip with their kids to Disney World, and it looks like everyone had a blast.
Except that followers noticed something in Snooki's photos and poured into her mentions to warn her to never do this to her kids again.
Earlier this week, Snooki braved the tempermental horrors of Florida weather with husband Jionni LaValle.
Along with their kids, 6-year-old Lorenzo LaValle and 4-year-old Giovanna LaValle, they visited Disney World.
Beginning on Monday, Snooki began sharing photos of their trip to the "Happiest Place on Earth."
The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star shared snaps from around the legendary theme park.
In multiple photos, her two young children can be seen resting in strollers.
This did not go over well at all with some of Snooki's followers and so-called fans.
Mom-shamers leapt into Snooki's comments on Instagram, telling her exactly what they thought about it.
"All them kids know how to walk"
"Omg my kids would never be in a stroller that big"
We believe that this commenter was referring to the size of the children, not the strollers, which are pretty modestly sized.
The mom-shamers made themselves heard, but plenty of people came to Snooki's defense.
"Mine are both 6 and they still sit in a stroller while we navigate Disney," asserts one fan.
The defender continues: "So much easier for them and me!"
Our favorite comments were the ones from adults saying that they themselves would happily ride in a stroller if it were an option.
"If she wants to put her kids in a stroller, let her!" insists one such defender.
The comment continues: "I’m 32 years old and I would ride around in a stroller too around Disney."
Snooki also saw the hate that she was receiving, and defended herself.
"They walk!" she says of her 4- and 6-year-old children.
"But in large crowds," Snooki says. "I prefer they sit their a--es down."
Snooki concludes, explaining that having them in the strollers "saves me the stress of not losing my offspring."
That is an extremely fair response.
If Snooki sounds a little paranoid to you, please keep in mind that she is extremely pregnant.
Snooki is in her third trimester, and is expecting a baby boy in the not-too-distant future.
She announced that she was "thankful" for her pregnancy last November.
Though Snooki has not disclosed a specific due date, it is believed that she will give birth in either late spring or early summer.
Earlier this week, she referred to herself as being seven months pregnant.
Being pregnant means that she's less able to chase after her kids and, potentially, at a heightened state of alertness about their safety.
Most of us know that children are in much more danger from family and friends than they are from a complete stranger.
That's just a grim, statistical fact.
But children absolutely can be snatched by an opportunist, and a child can be lost in a crowd in seconds.
More significantly, Snooki is a celebrity.
Sometimes, the unwanted attention that comes with fame can take a dangerous form.
Stalkers exist, and they can fixate on family members, too.
Better to be a little paranoid and let your young children rest their legs than to not and regret it for the rest of your life, right?
