If you've been keeping up with everything that's been going on between Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra ...
Well, you've had to give up a lot of free time, huh?
There's just been so much happening with these people, it's a little overwhelming.
At the end of 2017, Catelynn spent six weeks at a treatment center in Arizona after suffering a miscarriage, and at the beginning of 2018, she told Tyler she wanted to go back for another six weeks.
That time, she wanted to work through some of her childhood traumas, which was understandable.
But Tyler didn't understand why she couldn't do that at home with a therapist.
She refused to discuss it and went off to Arizona again, and that was the beginning of what was very nearly the end.
During this time, Tyler was seen telling people that he thought maybe he and Cate weren't right for each other anymore, and that he was losing empathy for her struggle.
That last part was because she'd told him that during those last six weeks in Arizona, she'd been skipping therapy to sleep in after staying up late to watch movies.
When she came home, things only got worse when she refused to do couples therapy with him, or to even do some things his own therapist suggested they do to help their marriage.
After feuding about this for a bit, she finally agreed to a couples retreat, again in Arizona, so they did that, but it didn't go so well.
It was there that he told her he wanted a separation.
But something else happened during this tumultuous time -- something huge.
They both insisted they weren't trying for a baby, and that they were actually doing everything in their power to keep it from happening.
It happened anyway, and so did the separation.
They lived apart for at least a month last fall.
It apparently did wonders for them, because after that, they gushed about each other more than ever on social media -- that's a sign of true love, right?
The gushing continued after their daughter, precious little Vaeda, was born, and it's still happening now.
Catelynn's birthday was earlier this week, and Tyler didn't waste any time in making an Instagram post about it.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my beautiful wife!" he wrote. "There isn't another woman on this planet thaHt I hold in a higher regard."
"Her perseverance, her capacity to love & her amazing spirit is infectious, just like her smile is contagious."
"I'm beyond blessed to have spent that last 13 years by her side," he continued.
"I love you so much babe."
And that's really sweet, right?
Of course, we can't really take an Instagram post as gospel -- there's always the chance that he's still super unhappy with things but trying to make it work for the sake of their children.
Lots of Teen Mom fans also think that Tyler does this kind of thing (because he does do it quite a bit) to get praise for being such a great husband and #goals and all that.
So honestly, who knows how sincere he's being here?
He could be totally in love again after having the new baby, he could be trying to hold it together because he still really wants to leave -- we don't know.
All we can really do here is hope that things are going well over at the Baltierra house.
And we have a feeling that in the next season of Teen Mom OG, we'll get the truth.
