Lady Gaga and fiance Christian Carino have only been engaged for four short months.
Or four months too long?
The couple is calling it quits and it was supposedly Lady Gaga's doing.
The split happened last week and since then, Christian has been "desperately trying to get back together," a source tells E!
Fans started speculating the split when the talent agent didn't attend the 2019 Grammys, where the singer performed her hit song Shallow.
And she wasn't even wearing her $400,000 engagement ring, which would've sparkled wonderfully on the red carpet.
Fans also found it odd that Gaga didn't mention her soon-to-be husband in her acceptance speech when winning Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for Shallow.
Two opposing sources, however, claim that the two are still together.
"She just wasn't wearing her ring due to performing," one source shared with E!
"They have put all their wedding plans on hold until after Gaga's busy season, but still plan to get married this year," revealed another.
Interesting. When will Lady Gaga not have a busy season?
And he showed up to all of her other award shows!
The 2019 SAG Awards was the last time the couple was actually spotted together at a red carpet event.
And they packed on the PDA, even locking lips at one point.
The 32-year-old singer posed for photos with her man by her side, showing off her engagement ring.
And before that, they also attended the Golden Globes together.
So why was the Grammys any different?
About a week ago Christian took to Instagram to share an intimate pic of Gaga.
Captioning the post, "Beneath the makeup and behind the smile, i am just a girl who wishes for the world. marilyn monroe."
But as of now, the new actress is not even following the 50-year-old (yikes) agent on Instagram. Though he is still following her.
But guess who Gaga does follow?
Yep, Bradley Cooper. We will just leave that here.
Lady Gaga and Carino got engaged back in October at Elle's 25th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration. And this time during her speech, she did make a shout-out to her fiance, saying "thank you."
You may recall that Gaga also ended an engagement to Taylor Kinney back in 2016. He popped the question in 2015 on Valentine's Day.
Are we noticing a pattern here?
