John-David Duggar and Abbie Grace Burnett would like everyone to know that they remain very much in love.
And they are also on their honeymoon... at last!
The young couple got married back in November, relaxed in the United States for awhile and then just recently jetted off for Finland.
The photo above feature Duggar and Burnett looking very happy and cozy while abroad, celebrating their marriage and their future together.
“We are having the most amazing time on our honeymoon,” the pair tells Us Weekly, adding:
“The culture, the people, and the scenery are all amazing, but none of that compares to being together and making lifelong memories.”
Making it clear that everything is totally amazing and awesome and amazingly awesome between then, the famous twosome added:
“We are still in awe of the love and kindness God has extended us by giving us the gift of one another. Married life is fantastic!”
John-David and Abbie have been open about two basic things since getting hitched:
- How in love they are.
- How they don't care very much for Duggar courting rules or traditions..
Indeed, Duggar and Burnett would hold hands and touch each other even before they became husband and wife -- although John-David has at least said his first-ever kiss took place on his wedding day.
Said Duggar and Burnett to Us Weekly after they exchanged vows late last fall:
"We are so excited to be married!
"It was a beautiful moment and we so appreciate our friends and family for sharing this day with us. Most of all we are thankful to Christ for bringing us together.
"This is going to be an amazing journey!"
As is so often the case when it comes to the Duggars, attention now turns to Abbie's womb and whether or not she's pregnant.
It's never really nice or fair to speculate on such a thing, but the women in this family are just so well-known for having kids at a young age...
... and then continuing to have kids for a long time to come.
There was chatter about two months ago that Burnett is pregnant, but we've heard very little of it since.
Of course, with these two now on their honeymoon, such chatter may soon start up again. Because people often have sex on their honeymoon, that's why.
Duggar and Burnett held their wedding reception in an airline hangar because the former is a pilot.
We can also confirm they served breakfast food for dinner at the event, which is sort of cool and definitely different.
“God made us perfect for each other,” John-David gushed to Us Weekly shortly after they tied the knot. “It’s a match made in heaven.”
