Dancing with the Stars Recap: Who Earned Immunity?!

by at .

With a week under their belts, which celebrities stepped up, or totally fell flat, on Dancing With the Stars Season 23 Episode 4 Monday?

Terra Jole and Sasha Farber

Before Hillary went up against The Donald, ABC featured a Survivor-style head-to-head episode of DWTS that was a bit unconventional.

The celebrities went one-on-one with their fellow contestants in dance routines, with the winning couples earning immunity from elimination.

Thus, they cannot be eliminated during Tuesday’s Dancing with the Stars results show. So who's already punched a ticket to next week?

First, Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds and Jana Kramer both danced jives with their respective partners, Allison Holker and Gleb Savchenko.

Jana bested Kenny by the thinnest of margins, 26 to 25.

Rick Perry and Emma Slater

Next, former Texas Governor Rick Perry, and his partner, Emma Slater, faced off against Vanilla Ice and his partner, Witney Carson.

The result? Dueling 23s for dueling paso dobles!

According to ballroom rules, lead judge Len Goodman had the honor of breaking the tie, and in the end, it was the Ice Man who got the nod.

Next up? James Hinchcliffe and Sharna Burgess talking on Ryan Lochte and Cheryl Burke in what looked like a mismatch from the start.

James and Sharna’s 29 easily won this face-off.

Marilu Henner and Derek Hough

Terra Jolé and Sasha Farber battled Calvin Johnson Jr. and Lindsay Arnold in the Viennese Waltz, with Megatron's 32 getting it done.

The judges later awarded Maureen McCormick and Artem Chigvintsev 28 points for a salsa, besting Amber Rose and Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

Finally, Laurie Hernandez and Val Chmerkovskiy squared off against Marilu Henner and Derek Hough in a classic clash of the tangos.

Laurie and Val were the winners, with 31.

Calvin Johnson and Lindsay Arnold

Again, the winning couples are safe this week, meaning one of the losing partnerships will have come to an end as of tonight's episode.

Will it be Marilu Henner and Derek Hough sent home? Amber Rose and Maksim Chmerkovskiy? Terra Jolé and Sasha Farber?

Or will it be Rick Perry and Emma Slater? Ryan Lochte and Cheryl Burke? Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds and Allison Holker?

We should have started dancing with one arm waaay before.

I am not the best dancer, and I have not been the best dancer from the beginning. I am happy we made it this far.
