Just last week, we reported that Caitlyn Jenner may face jail time for vehicular manslaughter after his involvement in a car accident that killed 69-year-old Kim Howe.

But according to TMZ, the Los Angeles County District Attorney has now in charge of the case, and they claim Jenner probably won’t face charges for the fatal car accident.
Sources close to the District Attorney’s office said that the attorneys in the Major Crimes unit have reviewed the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department 161-page report of the accident.
They claim that Jenner attempted to avoid Howe’s Lexus by hitting the brakes several seconds before the collision.
The D.A. could still file misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter charges because Jenner was exceeding the speed limit.
But simple negligence doesn’t always lead to prosecution.
The D.A. will make a decision within a week.
