Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar cover the new issue of People magazine, and while the troubled couple's story has been featured in numerous tabloids and more legitimate news outlets in the wake of the Josh Duggar sexual abuse scandal, this time, Michelle and Jim Bob actually posed for a photo and offered a statement.
It was People to whom Josh Duggar admitted to acting "inexcusably," and it was People who published the statement in which Jim Bob angered fans by dismissing Josh's sex crimes as "mistakes."
Now, "sources" (who are most likely members of the Duggars' PR team) have spoken to the magazine and claimed that the possible cancelation of 19 Kids and Counting is the last thing on the family's mind.
"Right now, they're just focused on their faith - and each other," says one insider.
The loss of the reality show that made them famous might seem like a petty concern, given the severity of the accusations against Josh, but it's important to bear in mind that the Duggars have known about the allegations for over a decade, and many have wondered if and how they would be able to support their massive brood without reality TV fame.
In their brief statement to People, Michelle and Jim Bob said, "We pray that as people watch our lives they see that we are not a perfect family."
We'd say that's a pretty safe bet at this point.
