Last month, Lindsay Lohan avoided jail time thanks to some last-minute finagling from her A-list lawyer, Shawn Holley.

It seems Lohan hadn’t completed her community service stemming from a 2012 incident in which she allegedly lied to police following a car accident.

Her legal team pulled some strings to keep her from getting locked up, but the judge demanded further documentation to show that Lindsay was at least trying to meet the requirements of her sentence.

Now, with another appearance before the judge scheduled for February 18, sources say Lindsay still hasn’t adequately proven that she fulfilled her community service requirement.

“These were very, very basic requirements, such as how was Lindsay monitored, who supervised her work – it does seem odd that none of the information has been sent,” a source tells Radar Online.

The insider adds that if the information isn’t received on time, or is found to be lacking in any way, the judge “could send her to jail for 30 days or more.”

It seems unlikely that Lindsay would put off filing the papers with so much at stake, so many are speculating that she’s having difficulty “proving” that she completed her hours.

The fact that Lindsay’s been boasting about boozing on Instagram probably doesn’t help her case.

Stay tuned to see how she’ll avoid getting locked up this time.
