At 48, Cindy Crawford remains a force to be reckoned with in the world of modeling.
She still works frequently, in projects ranging from tequila ads with George Clooney to full pictorials in the industry's most revered fashion mags.
Crawford posed for a revealing spread in Marie Claire Latin America in 2013, and drew raves for her tanned, toned appearance.
An un-retouched photo from that shoot leaked on Twitter today and simultaneously revealed that Crawford is a naturally gorgeous woman, and that a lot of photoshopping goes into the average magazine shoot:
As you can see, it's not the sort of pic you would normally find in Marie Claire, but it's further evidence that the mother or two really shouldn't require any retouching.
Heavy photoshopping is the norm in the world of fashion photography, and it's not the sort of thing that Crawford would have any control over, but clearly she's fine-enough form that editors shouldn't feel the need to digitally perfect her.
Especially when you consider that so many years have passed that Crawford's daughter is a model these days, the iconic runway veteran is in remarkable shape.
Marie Claire has confirmed that the photo is, in fact, an un-retouched pic of Crawford, but it is still unclear if it was leaked, or if it was released intentionally.
