All-American hunk Chris Soules is gearing up to dole out the roses on The Bachelor Season 19, and ABC has produced the first swoon-worthy photo of him in the role.

Ladies, you’re welcome.

The 32-year-old Iowa farmer Chris Soules is billed as traditional, classic and All-American, and if you saw him on The Bachelorette, you know that’s true.

With his impeccably tailored suit and chiseled, piercing gaze and ever-so-slightly scruffy jaw, the soft spoken, tractor driving corn farmer cleans up well.

Not that he ever had a problem with that. Andi Dorfman was pretty into him on The Bachelorette for all the right reasons, and simply fell for Josh Murray harder.

By making Chris Soules The Bachelor, ABC will double and triple down on his salt-of-the-earth nature, well rounded appeal and wholesome reputation.

After the train wreck that was last season’s Bachelor Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell, his now former girlfriend, the Soules Man is a breath of fresh air.

Farmer Chris, as he was affectionately known to Bachelor nation, was a fan favorite on The Bachelorette, and with the woman of the hour Andi Dorfman.

He was heartbroken when she sent him home, finishing in third place behind Murray and Nick Viall, but says he’s hopeful he’ll find love with someone else.

This time around, he’ll have no shortage of potential mates!

Chris said on Good Morning America earlier this fall:

“I believe in the process and I believe in what I went through on the previous show. That’s why I’m doing it. I wouldn’t do it if I didn’t feel like there was potential.”

Season 19 of The Bachelor premieres January 5 on ABC. Scroll through photos of America’s new leading man above and then vote in our survey:
