Maybe it’s not too late for Kim Kardashian to take the same view. But for now, Us Magazine is reporting that the sex slave to Ray J plans to file a legal claim in an effort to prevent the release of her X-rated video.
When contacted by Us for comment, Kardashian – a longtime pal of homemade-porn queen Paris Hilton – confirmed the tapes’ existence, but insists she has “nothing to do” with them being made public.
The step-sister of Brody Jenner (no, seriously; her mom is married to his dad) says she’s “hurt and embarrassed” about the prospect of the tape being made public. She added that she will be issuing a statement about developments to prevent a planned DVD release.
Kardashian, of course, previously dated Nick Lachey. We’re hoping her publicized sex tape will lead that former boy band member to finally release the mother of all home videos, the gold mine we all know is out there:
