The loathsome Spencer Pratt is a rich dumbass who gained notoriety from being on The Hills as Heidi Montag's loser boyfriend. Controlling and obnoxious, Spencer Pratt parlayed this into quasi-fame by getting engaged to Montag. Supposedly. Now that's off, but one wonders if it was ever really on, or if anyone cares. Whatevs!
Spencer Pratt has serious acne and bad hair, but he has become pretty big in the celebrity gossip world as the MTV reality show gets huge.
On the third season of The Hills, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were set apart from Lauren Conrad's story lines, though they did interact sometimes. On the finale of that season, they decided to call off their fake engagement and go back to being boyfriend and girlfriend again. Seems to have worked out well for them.
We have to admit that while Spencer Pratt is certainly a self-promoting moron, he is not all bad.
At least he knows what he is. Besides, you know you love all those staged bikini / vacation photos we see of Heidi and Spencer every single day - and he's the reality TV villain everyone loves to hate if ever such a thing existed.
