Elizabeth Hurley is set to walk down the aisle again.

The gorgeous actress, who can be seen every Monday night these days on Gossip Girl, is engaged to Australia Shane Warne, who she started seeing soon after splitting from husband Arun Nayar in December.

"Thanks for all your congratulations," Hurley Tweeted this afternoon, confirming a rumor first published by The Daily Mirror.

Warne popped the most important question of all on Friday, sources tell E! News, following a dinner at Old Course Hotel in St. Andrews, Scotland. As for the rock?

"It's the most massive thing imaginable," an insider says. "It's huge, a cushion-cut sapphire with two triangular diamonds on the shoulders, set in white gold or platinum."

Shane Warne has very good taste in women.

The Australian cricket star appeared on radio show 3AW yesterday and exclaimed to the world: "Being in love with someone is a wonderful feeling. I am in love with [Elizabeth]. We are going really well. It's easy with each other. Together we make a pretty good partnership."

Hurley separated from Arun Nagar in February, and divorced him in June, amidst chatter that the split was caused by her affair with Warne. But the actress says the marriage was already over when she started seeing the father of three.

On the professional front, Hurley will be found on The CW this fall. She'll be featured on a multiple-episode arc of Gossip Girl as some kind of media mogul.

Look for her to appear on multiple season five episodes as a media mogul of some kind.

Sources say Elizabeth Hurley's presence will "change the lives" of all individuals on the show... including Gossip Girl herself!

Elizabeth Hurley's marriage to Arun Nayar is likely over.

The British model and actress and designer Tweeted Sunday, amid reports of her cheating on Nayar: "Not a great day. For the record, my husband Arun and I have separated as of few months ago. Our close family & friends were aware."

Hurley's announcement coincided with a scandalous report in Britain's News of the World claiming her alleged affair with cricket player Shane Warne.

She and Nayar, an Indian businessman and textile heir, began dating in 2003 and got married in March 2007 at Sudeley Castle in Gloucestershire, UK.

They exchanged vows in an Anglican ceremony before 300 guests. Days after the ceremony they threw a sumptuous week-long celebration in India.

Hurley has an 8-year-old son, Damian, with her ex Stephen Bing. She previously dated actor Hugh Grant for 13 years before splitting up in 2000.

Elizabeth Hurley and Holly Madison have more in common than just large breasts.

The two also enjoy the same taste in fashion, as evidenced by the following photos. There's not much else to say about the pair, as Hurley hasn't starred in a major movie in years and Holly... well, we already mentioned the most worthwhile thing about her.

Elizabeth Hurley, 42, and Hugh Grant, 47, certainly weathered a lot over the course of a 13-year relationship, namely him appearing in many romantic comedies, as well as soliciting oral sex from a cheap hooker, before parting ways in 2000.

But Elizabeth Hurley has maintained they remain close friends.

In fact, the handsome actor is even one of Damian's godfathers, and was even invited to Elizabeth Hurley's fabulous March nuptials with Arun Nayar.

Elizabeth Hurley is determined to put on a happy face amid the drama surrounding her wedding in India to businessman Arun Nayar.

The British actress-model and Arun Nayar, 42, were married several times last month, once in a lavish and traditional Hindu ceremony in Jodhpur.

The event drew the ire of a Hindu religious activist, who filed a complaint saying it had mocked Hindu customs. Regardless, these two get married more than Anna Nicole Smith. That's all we know.

Meanwhile, tabloids in England and India have carried reports that Nayar's father, Vinod Nayar, severed all ties with his son after he was thrown out of the wedding - at the urging of Elizabeth Hurley.

When asked how this has affected the couple, the ex of Hugh Grant told AP Television News that it has made her "incredibly grateful for the nice people" in her life.

"We're so lucky for the good things that we kind of turn a blind eye to the bad things," said Hurley, who called her family "fantastic."

The 41-year-old Mrs. Arun Nayar attended an event for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in New York on Tuesday night, and said she hasn't "settled down into real life yet."

"The whole wedding took forever. The wedding itself took eight days; planning it took considerably longer; recovering from it; I'm still not sure I have," she said.

Hurley and Nayar first wed in a private civil ceremony in a castle outside London. The complaint about their Hindu wedding says Hurley wore revealing clothes and didn't remove her footwear while walking around the sacred fire at the ceremony.

The petition was filed under a section of the Indian Penal Code that makes it an offense to upset any religious feelings with "deliberate and malicious intention."

India's legal system is notoriously slow, and it could take months and even years before complaints come up for hearing.

Regardless, Elizabeth Hurley can take solace in the fact that she still has the best body in Britain, and Arun Nayar can find comfort in the fact that he hits that.
