The actress and breast cancer survivor has confirmed that she and fiance Martyn Lenoble will soon be parents. The couple dated for two years before getting engaged on Valentine's Day.

Christina Applegate said last year that her goal was to find "happiness and joy" – and she's done just that with her new finacé Martyn LeNoble.

"Christina Applegate and musician Martyn Lenoble are engaged," her rep confirmed to People Friday. The couple got engaged on February 14.

Applegate has sure been through a rough couple of years.

The Samantha Who? star was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008 and later underwent a double mastectomy, then reconstructive surgery.

This will be the second marriage for both Applegate and LeNoble. No date has been set for the wedding, but we're sure it will be magical. Congratulations to both!

Not long after a terrible diagnosis, actress Christina Applegate says she's now free of breast cancer following treatment.

"I'm clear," Applegate, 36, told Good Morning America.

"Absolutely 100 percent clear and clean. ... They got everything out so I'm definitely not going to die from breast cancer."

In an interview airing Tuesday, the star of Samantha Who?, who was diagnosed just a month ago, says the cancer was discovered in the second of two MRI tests done as a follow-up to a biopsy performed last year.

"I was so mad and I – I just remember I was – I was just shaking," Christina Applegate said. "And then also immediately, I had to go into ... 'take-care-of-business-mode,' which was ... I asked them, 'What do I do now? What – what is it that I do? I get a doctor, I get a surgeon, I get an oncologist? What do I do?'"

Samantha Who? Emmy nominee Christina Applegate has been diagnosed with breast cancer, a rep for the 36-year-old actress said late Saturday.

"Christina Applegate was recently diagnosed with an early form of breast cancer. Benefiting from early detection through a doctor ordered MRI, the cancer is not life threatening," the spokesperson's statement said.

"Christina is following the recommended treatment of her doctors and will have a full recovery. No further statement will be issued at this time."

Last month Applegate signed up with the likes of Meryl Streep, Sally Field, Jennifer Aniston, Scarlett Johansson, Charlize Theron and more the September 8 telethon, Stand Up to Cancer - to be simulcast on CBS, NBC and ABC.

Lee Grivas, the 26-year-old boyfriend of Christina Applegate, was found dead in his apartment on July by a neighbor.

He was discovered, alone, in the living room of his Hollywood apartment, and was pronounced dead at 5:25 p.m.

Although the autopsy has not been completed as of yet, sources report there were no visible signs of trauma.

Christina Applegate and Lee Grivas dated on and off for years after they met through a mutual friend, a dancer in her Broadway show "Sweet Charity."

"I am profoundly saddened," Christina Applegate said in a statement.

"Lee was an incredible human being who was an extremely important and beautiful part of my life. He is missed beyond words. He touched so many and I feel much sadness for his mother, father, brother, and all of his family and friends."
