Continuing her revealing interview on NBC's Today Show, this morning, Kate Gosselin says she has never slept with her bodyguard or had regrets about putting her eight children through the reality show that's unraveling before their eyes.

In a the first part of Kate's Today show interview, she talked briefly about how hurt she was by Jon Gosselin and his recent fling with Hailey Glassman.

In the second segment, she denied that her hit show, Jon and Kate Plus 8, contributed to the disintegration of her marriage, even though it totally did.

"It would've happened any way - cameras on, cameras off," she told Meredith Vieira, adding that she has no second thoughts about living her life on camera.

"It's given our kids many opportunities they never would have had," she said. "I don't live my life in regret. I tend to look forward, not backward. And I still feel like this is a good thing. It's healthy and the kids would agree."

We should poll them and find out.

"This is our life. It's the most real reality show you'll see,” she said.

"It is essentially a home video for them. It is their favorite show. They see Mommy and Daddy. I want them to see that each one of them was wanted, loved and cared for."

Not that anyone suggested that their kids weren't loved or cared for, but that's neither here nor there. Anything for a good sound bite, right Kate?

Kate Gosselin also said she is deeply hurt that her brother, Kevin Kreider, began dishing to celebrity gossip tabloids about her marriage and parenting skills and stating that her children are "unhappy" filming the reality show.

"That's probably one of the most hurtful things in all of this, when family turns on you and makes up lies and makes allegations and makes tens of thousands of dollars for doing it," she told Vieira. "This has become a business for them."

She also set the record straight on rumors that she bought a condo in Maryland. Reports surfaced after she visited bodyguard Steve Neild and his wife in Maryland. She did, but there is no condo. Kate also denied an affair with Steve Neild.

"There is no condo. There is no apartment. No one ever looked for one. Nobody ever bought one," she said. "I live at home with my kids. That's where I belong."

Asked by Vieira where she goes when Jon Gosselin stays with the kids at home in Wernersville, Pa., Kate replied, "To be honest, I'm in hiding from the paparazzi."

Having already gone public with new girlfriend Hailey Glassman just weeks after separating from his wife, Jon Gosselin is not the most popular guy right now.

This story is not likely to help his cause.

According to Radar Online, Jon intentionally started the rumors that his now-estranged wife Kate Gosselin was having an affair with her bodyguard Steve Neild.

“Jon wanted a divorce from Kate and he also wanted to throw attention away from himself, so he spread that rumor,” a source close to the couple said.

“Jon doesn’t like Steve Neild so he didn’t care about the repercussions.”

Kate Gosselin ended being the one who filed for divorce on June 22.

“She didn’t want to. In fact, on the day the papers went in, Kate was with her attorney crying and sobbing. She was very upset,” the source added. “Kate did not want the divorce. She did it because she felt she had to protect herself.”

Steve Neild, who is married, hasn’t been seen with Kate for several weeks, although Radar reports he is still a “consultant” on the family’s security issues.

Kate Gosselin has recently been travelling with another bodyguard, including during her business trip to California last week. Speculation is rampant that Kate is now pursuing several options to further her career as a TV personality and author.

New episodes of Jon & Kate Plus 8 are scheduled to return August 3. Hopefully we'll see Kate and her backwards mullet in action on the dating scene.

Celebrity gossip tabloids around the nation didn't need Emeril Lagasse to cook them up a perfect meal this week.

Various publications took one part reality TV couple, mixed it with multiple rumors of an affair by both sides, added a sprinkle of a sex tape and came up with fodder for days on end.

Indeed, one of the most buzzed-about stories in Hollywood these days centers around Jon and Kate Gosselin, heretofore innocent, admired, seemingly innocuous parents of eight adorable children.

But in the latest issue of People, Kate comes clean about the new light in which she sees her husband.

"I don't know that we're in the same place anymore, that we want the same thing," she said. "I've been struggling with the question of 'Who is this person?' for a while. I remember where I was the first time I heard her name. It's one of those things where you can try to make it go away, but there's blaring, red flashing lights." 

Wow. Harsh words, ones probably not best to share with a national magazine if you're actually concerned about your marriage.

Meanwhile, Us Weekly is turning the marital tables on Kate. Its latest edition highlights her rumored affair with bodyguard Steve Neild.

Neild - who once worked for Bill Clinton, so knows something about infidelity! - and Gosseln are "very physical, often touching each other," said an employee at a recent promotional appearance for Jon & Kate Plus 8, adding:

"She was gently poking him, giving him little love pats, totally unlike the slapping she does with Jon. She and Steve were joking around so much, I actually wondered if they were having an affair. There's a lot of open affection between them."
