Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, looks like you have company in the celebrity engagement department today: Mario Lopez has proposed to girlfriend Courtney Mazza.

And she said yes!

The 38-year-old Extra host and Saved By the Bell alumnus popped the question over New Year's weekend in Ixtapa, Mexico, Lopez personally revealed to Us.

"We took a long walk alone as the sun was setting," recalled Lopez. "I told Courtney that I wanted the mother of my children to have their last name."

"She was silent at first from shock, then she leaped for joy and did a little jete!"

"Besides our daughter's birth, this was the best moment of my life!" Mazza says.

The couple started dating in 2008 and are parents to 2-year-old Gia.

They plan to marry in Mexico at some point later this year. Hooray!

The rumors were true, and the occasion joyous.

After a series of breakups and makeups, Justin Timberlake is engaged to Jessica Biel. The couple of four and a half years will soon walk down the aisle.

Timberlake, a six-time Grammy winner, popped the question to the New Year's Eve actress last month. The setting was picturesque Jackson, Wyoming.

In typical fashion - the couple is notorious private and rarely even photographed together - it took weeks for news of the proposal to be confirmed.

Think Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel will last? We'd bet on it.

"Justin knows how much she loves snowboarding and the mountains, so it was the perfect place for many different reasons," one insider explains.

After a brief three-month split in 2011, Biel made it clear that she wanted to spend her life with Timberlake, who apparently felt the same way.

"When they reunited, they had a conversation about taking the next step," says the source, adding that he's "never been happier" with Jessica.

"He knew it was the right time to propose."

While the Duchess of Cambridge wore Alexander McQueen to her Royal Wedding in April, Gossip Girl's own "people's princess" chose an NYC-based designer for her big day.

The CW has released new photos of Leighton Meester as Blair Waldorf on the hit series, donning a Vera Wang gown as she prepares to wed the Prince of Monaco. See below:

Vera, who appears on the Jan. 16 winter premiere of Gossip Girl, did a fabulous job. No argument there. But whether Blair actually goes through with the wedding is unclear.

Having had problems with Louis this season, and with Chuck Bass, and perhaps Dan Humphrey, waiting in the wings, Queen B's romantic future is still unwritten.

While Weir has made news for butting heads - namely with Olympic gold medalist Evan Lysacek - he said that Voronov was "everything that I've ever looked for."

The iconic singer, 69, is planning to marry her "forever friend" Wilkerson, her rep confirms, adding that they are discussing tying the knot on Miami Beach, with an exclusive reception aboard a private yacht. Here's a photo of the soon-to-be newlyweds:

On the celebrity fashion front, Aretha "is considering Donna Karan, Valentino and the queen of wedding dresses, Vera Wang, to design her gown," says her rep.

Franklin, who lost 85 pounds last year after a health scare, said "I feel fabulous."

Adds the singer herself of the upcoming nuptials to Willie Wilkerson: "We're looking at June or July for our date and no, I'm not pregnant, LOL!"

Brandi Glanville is a married woman again ... but may not be by the time you read this.

Temporary congratulations to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her friend, Mixed Martial Arts manager Darin Harvey. They got hitched New Year's Eve.

The 38-year-old model, whose ex-husband Eddie Cibrian famously left her for LeAnn Rimes, informed her Twitter followers of her new relationship status, writing:

"I'm married again - suuuuuuck it!"

The newlyweds celebrated in typical fashion, by visiting the Spearmint Rhino strip club. "Honeymoons with strippers are the best!" Glanville tweeted.

Brandi Glanville, who shares two sons with Cibrian, added that Darin Harvey is her "best friend forever" and she's now an "official housewife, for reals."

"After some beer and strippers he is now my husband," she said. "No joke!"

No joke is right, but it won't last. Calling their union "a drunken BFF thing," Harvey told his Twitter followers that their booze-fueled elopement won't last.

"I had a crazy Vegas moment," he explained. "Getting annulled tomorrow."

Third time's the charm?

Britney Spears only just announced her engagement to Jason Trawick, but she's already making plans for the big day, according to close family sources.

The singer is adamant that it be a much more low-key, traditional affair than her two previous weddings ... both of which obviously did not turn out well.

Hey, you live and learn right?

An insider explains: "She wants a traditional Southern-style wedding with comfort food, surrounded by her family, her two sons and all of her childhood friends."

With the exception of Jason Alexander, we're guessing.

Insisting that she not have a "Hollywood wedding," Britney "is taking this marriage really seriously." Given everything she's gone through, that's good to hear.

Hopefully this is a relationship that really will be forever. After all the celebrity breakups we've chronicled in the past year, that would be a refreshing change.

James Durbin rang in the new year in the most romantic way possible: the former American Idol finalist married long-time girlfriend Heidi Lowe!

Guests at the ceremony, which took place Saturday in Santa Cruz, California, included other past Idol favorites Haley Reinhart, Stefano Langone and Casey Abrams.

"We are so in love and happy that we got to share our special day with our closest family and friends," Lowe and Durbin told People. "This wedding was the perfect way to kick off the New Year. We are looking forward to living happily ever after."

Durbin and Lowe have a two-year old son named Hunter. He served as ring-bearer at the ceremony.

LeBron James has made no secret of his admiration for Michael Jordan.

But we didn't realize just how badly The King wanted to be like His Airness. Until now: a few days after Jordon proposed to Yvette Prieto, the Heart superstar did the same to Savannah Brinson, his high school sweetheart and the mother of his two children.

The proposal took place at a New Year’s Eve party at Shelborne South Beach’s SL Nightclub in Miami, sources confirm, a day after James turned 27 years old.

“Congrats to LeBron. @KingJames and Savannah so happy 4 u guys,” Miami Heat owner Micky Arison Tweeted last night.

A publicist for Michael Jordan has confirmed a report first released by WCNC in Charlotte: he proposed this week to long-time girlfriend Yvette Prieto... and she said yes!

The greatest basketball player to ever live and the Cuban/American model have been dating for three years and the engagement took place over Christmas weekend. No wedding date has been set.

Jordan, the owner of the Charlotte Bobcats has three kids with Juanita Vanoy. They were married in September 1989 and got divorced in 2006.
