In a Twitter photo making the Internet rounds, Bieber poses with a fan named Jocelyn at a meet-and-greet in Miami. And not only does Justin plant a peck on the lucky young lady's check… he appears to grab a boob!

Joceyln, of course, isn't exactly denying rumors that she got to second base with the ex of Selena Gomez, Tweeting about the picture in question:
"People can think what they want but I know what really happened & Justin does too so everyone else's opinions don't matter to me."
