Looks like Snooki has bigger problems than being a drunken buffoon.
The MTV personality has been hit with a $7 million counterclaim in her legal battle with a licensing company, SRG Ventures, with whom she partnered to launch an array of Snooki-related merchandise last year, but filed suit against in October.
Snook says they didn't fulfill obligations. SRG says otherwise.
The star, real name Nicole Polizzi, sought to end her contract with the company, alleging that it did not land her sufficient money or branding partnerships.
SRG Ventures fired back with a counterclaim against Snooki and her managers, claiming she sabotaged the deal by negotiating behind the company's back.
