Lindsay Lohan Accused of Battery in Rehab Melee, Claims Staff Member Attacked Her First
by Free Britney at .Another day, another absurd story from Betty Ford. Lindsay Lohan is a suspect in a criminal battery investigation after getting into a scuffle ... in rehab.
The Palm Desert Police Department is investigating the altercation, which occurred after Lindsay and her roommates went out to A BAR and came back.
Upon arriving at their sober house, the incident with a female staffer allegedly went down. Police were called after a "hand-to-hand battery" complaint.

Cops came to Betty Ford after receiving the call and interviewed both the staffer - who "desired prosecution" - and the oft-troubled star herself.
It's unclear if this was related to Lohan's rager in rehab this month, but when police finish investigating, prosecutors will decide how to proceed.
Whether they file charges is anyone's guess, but she could be sent back to jail because she's still technically on probation until August 2011.
As for her side of the story, sources close to Lindsay Lohan claim she did NOT strike first, but she did push back in the "physical" altercation.Lindsay is telling people close to her that the drama unfolded when she arrived to the BFC on Dec. 12 roughly ten minutes after her curfew.
Lindsay claims the female staff member was "unfairly" scolding her about the situation and demanded the actress take a drug/alcohol test.
During the heated exchange that the woman "put her hands on Lindsay." Lindsay claims she told the woman, "Take your hands off of me."
Then she "pushed back." Police received a call early that morning, and the star was named as a suspect. The staffer wants LiLo prosecuted.
Lindsay feels the staff member had it out for her for a while and believes the staffer may have even been "looking for a final confrontation."
It will be interesting to see this play out, but it's as if Linds is trying to show we had her low at #8 on our Celebrity of the Year countdown.

I hope lohan punched that blk cacaroach. These black people thing they are tuff which in real life they are just a pest. All they will say is your a racist or sue you. If I was lindsay I will hire some skin heads beat crap of that black cacaroach woman and bone her hard. hahaha
She probably had a relapse and got caught. It's going to take a long time for her to get better.
1st of all, Lohan needs to remember she is in custody. If she is so serious about rehab, why was she late for curfew in the 1st place? What hair salon would she have been at after midnight? Why was she hopping the fence an trying to sneak in? When asked to take a drug and alcohol test, what was the problem? She says there is a surveillance video proving she is not at fault. Lets see. Yes, Betty Ford is partially responsible for the news leak, but not responsible for Lohan's behavior.
Leave it to Lilo to try to rewrite the rules of rehab. Leave it to Lilo to help give the boot to an employee who gets paid to help you get better. Leave it to Lilo to still be hanging around making excuses and destroying the lives of those who's intentions are to help her help herself. The Lindsay Lohan Reality Show is scandal on a daily basis. Lindsay is someone that even her younger sister can not look up to!!
