Kate Gosselin Wants Alimony; Jon Calls Her a Thief
Kate Gosselin has filed for alimony from estranged husband Jon.
The Insider, which first reported the news, says the petition was filed in court sometime last week, around the same time when Jon tried to halt production on their TLC show and pretended his concern for their kids was the reason.
Whether Jon actually owes alimony will have to be determined.
The two are not officially divorced, and he has alleged that she receives and controls the bulk of their income. On the flip side, he's accused of cleaning her out.
Kate claims that his withdrawals of over $200,000 from their joint bank account - leaving her with only a grand - was not only a d!ck move, but an illegal one.
Meanwhile, Jon has filed papers claiming she did the same.
Both Jon and Kate say the other is stealing and/or hoarding cash.
According to legal documents, Jon claims Kate withdrew over $60,000 from their joint account between July-September 2009. He took only $22,000, he says.
He also claims she took out over $1 million from February 2008-2009 and that plenty of her funds, including book royalties, have not been fully accounted for.
Sources close to Kate Gosselin say that her withdrawals were legal, whereas Jon withdrew up to $230,000 without permission required by their court arbitrator.
Both idiots are due back in court this Tuesday for the latest installment in their long-running soap opera. Hopefully there are some bulletproof vests involved.

please make them go away. Kate is a royal bitch, and Jon is a complete jerk. I am sick to death of hearing about them. I am sure I am not the only one. I think they are the worst example of parents Please , I can not stand to hear they are it it for the kids. I want to barf! They do not want the grave train OOOps I mean their kid's to be involved any more. Who do you think they are kidding!

The interim arbitration award has been published (leaker unknown), the $230,000.00 involves the couples' LIQUID funds. Each parent is ordered to contribute $7500.00 a month to this account, the principle purpose of which appears to be to pay family bills, many of which are set forth in the agreement. Mrs. Gosselin is designated to continue in her role as the family bill payer. Both received generous cash advances against the final equitable distribution of the marital property, with Mr. Gosselin receiving more than Mrs. Gosselin did. Omg this is getting bad, no one wants to hear about their divorce anymore!! Jon is a huge douchbag and acts like he is 12 years old im sure vh1 will give him a reality show
