Dina Lohan: Leave Lindsay Alone!
Okay, so Lindsay Lohan's first fashion collection with Ungaro bombed, to the surprise of no one. But her mom, Dina, still says her eldest daughter is "brilliant."
What are parents for if they can't vie for attention and pimp you out your entire life, turning you into an absolute train wreck provide unconditional support?
"The critics can say whatever they want. Lindsay is a genius," Dina told the New York Post, adding that all the haters should "leave Lindsay Lohan alone."
"Let her be a real 23-year-old. Let her grow, and let her artistic abilities flourish," she says. "Stop judging the Britney Spears and the Lindsay Lohans. They are very creative girls. That is a gift from a higher power of God."

Dina also slams her estranged husband, Michael Lohan, for claiming that he was planning an intervention for Lindsay, who's already been to rehab three times.
"I don't go - like my ex - on national television and make things up," Dina said (to the New York Post, one of the most widely-circulated papers in the world).
She adds, "He's estranged from Lindsay; he doesn't know what's going on in her life. Michael doesn't talk to her. I have had full custody of all my children for the last 10 years. He has been incarcerated for some of that time."
"Whatever is going on in Lindsay's personal life is our business. Him getting paid to say things about her when he's months behind in child support is wrong."
Hey, at least he's befriended Jon Gosselin recently. Some people like him!
When asked if Lindsay Lohan still has addiction problems as Michael has repeatedly alleged, Dina dodged the Post's question, saying: "I have no idea what he is talking about ... I can't comment on everything my ex says."
Addiction woes or not, those hacked voicemails prove she's got issues.
Dina Lohan is a bit insane, but sure keeps things interesting.

I vote for dina lohan to be the worst mom in america. when you spawn wastes of human life like her drug addicted alcoholic self destructive self absorbed bitch of a daughter lindsey the loser and party out in bars with her when she clearly has addiction issues , you deserve the title of world's worst mother, which she is. just looking at her picture makes me sick!!

I hope Lindsay Lohan comes back around some time. She was great in Parent Trap. She just went down the wrong path as she grew older.

YOU put her out there,pushed and prodded her. YOU ignored her when it looked like she was imploding. The drugging, the drinking. Humiliating herself over this DJ love of hers.YOU did nothing when she started looking like a dumpster diver in bad need of a bath. So dont tell us to leave her alone. We are not her mother!!! YOU ARE! Now you are pushing another one out and when the same happens to her, who will you blame???????????
