The latest stop on Jon Gosselin's quest for positive PR inner peace: A hilariously staged photo shoot at a yoga studio at a Los Angeles hotel November 5.

The 32-year-old father of eight wants us to think he is putting his days of boozing, partying and skirt-chasing behind him in favor of other activities.

Yoga may help him "find balance in his life," says his instructor, Michelle Demus. "With all that has been going on in Jon's life, things are out of whack."

Instead of knocking back drinks and tapping Hailey Glassman, the embattled Jon "has got to let go of external distractions and tap into his spirituality."

Jon Gosselin is seeking physical and spiritual enlightenment. Yeah, right.

Maybe the kids will also get involved. Yoga "is a great way for kids to learn how to cope with pressure" they are likely facing during their parents' divorce battle.

Jon has a lot of work to do, though. According to experts, his body seems "closed off" and "holds a lot of tension." He and Hailey must really have broken up.

As we reported last month, Jon Gosselin is the subject of a lawsuit filed by his employer, TLC, accusing him of breaching the terms of his contract.

Among the witnesses subpoenaed to testify, according to new court papers: Jon's post-Kate girlfriend Hailey Glassman and his friend Michael Lohan.

Maryland's Circuit Court of Montgomery County has granted motions filed by the network's lawyers to depose Glassman and Lindsay Lohan's dad.

Also served: Jon's lawyer Mark Heller, manager Michael Heller, bodyguard Thomas Meinelt and talent rep (apparently he has one) Matthew Kirschner.

TLC suspended shooting Jon's reality show last month.

Hailey Glassman and Michael Lohan will testify in TLC's court fight with Jon.

In October, TLC sued Jon Gosselin for breach of contract, accusing the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star of making paid and unpaid TV appearances without consent.

This followed Jon suing to stop the filming of the show.

Lohan publicly stated at one point that he and Gosselin were working on a reality show together about divorced dads, which TLC says violates his contract.

At the time, Mark Heller called the action "baseless" and said the network "exploited and manipulated the Gosselins' vulnerability and financial hardship."

Gosselin, of course, is in the middle of another legal matter – his divorce from Kate, and more relationship drama with Hailey, who split with him last week.

Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman may be broken up and taking time apart, but perhaps a reconciliation is not far off for the always-entertaining lovebirds.

In the latest portion of their interview with ET's Mary Hart, they discuss the pressures of fame and their struggling - and clash over Thanksgiving dinner!

"My family and I would never let him eat Thanksgiving alone in an apartment," says Hailey in part 134 of their seemingly staged, never-ending TV feud.

"He's coming to our house for Thanksgiving. I don't care."

"I planned on going to her house on Thanksgiving; that was on my schedule," says Jon, raising the eyebrows of Hailey Glassman and everyone else.

"On your schedule? What do you mean, 'On my schedule?'" asks Hailey, adding with no small amount of sarcasm, "Let's see, Kate has the kids, she's having a nice meal with Steve. Uh, should I go to Hailey's or sit in my apartment alone?"

The saga of Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman continues.

Kate Gosselin is having Thanksgiving day with their eight children and bodyguard Steve Neild, who was also alleged to be working with a different sort of protection this year, if you know what we mean. We mean safe sex with Kate.

"Sorry, I used the wrong term," Jon Gosselin replied, clearly getting annoyed. "I plan on going. I made a promise to her family I would go to her house."

"Made a promise? You're not doing my family any favors!" replied Hailey.

As the tension rose by the second, Glassman seemed resigned to the fact that while they remain close, a breakup, even if it's temporary, is inevitable now.

"We know what the right thing to do is. We know what we both need," she said. "He needs to do his thing and I need to do my thing. We both know this."

Hailey Glassman is single, but not yet ready to mingle. Apparently, she's got more televised bashing of Jon Gosselin she wants to get out of the way first.

In a joint interview airing today on Entertainment Tonight, which seems like their 12th in like the last month, the two argue again over their future.

"We're going to take a break and decide," Jon said. "We'll let Hailey decide on what she wants to do. My life is hectic, I have to concentrate on my own decisions."

"Maybe she wants to go get a job. Maybe she wants to date other people. Maybe she wants to experience life? Live on her own, do her own things. I don't know."

But Hailey Glassman says whenever she tries to leave Jon, "he cries."

"As hard as it is for us, he needs to go handle his stuff, be with his family and handle his divorce. I need to go be a 22-year-old and get my life back," she says.

WTH JON!? Hailey Glassman gives her man an earful.

Jon says he has to let Hailey go "in order for her to be happy, especially if she thinks he has been "emotionally abusing her ... I cannot live with that guilt."

At one point in the interview, they appear to be ending it for good. That was when it started to get really awkward and the following exchange took place:

Hailey: "I don't want to do this on national TV, this is serious," says Hailey.

Jon: "I wanted to discuss this in private, but now it's public. I'm frustrated, because it's uncomfortable. This whole thing's uncomfortable. I don't like it. I mean, you're telling me out there that you love me and you want to be with me, and then you..."

Hailey:  "I do love you, and you tell me you love me - we would love each other and we want to be with each other, but it's not healthy!"

Jon: "I'm not talking anymore."

Hailey: "Don't you want them to look up to you and say, 'My daddy's honest?'"

Jon: "I'm not talking about this" [storms off]

Well, there you have it. Think they had all that on the cue cards or Jon and Hailey had the freedom to ad-lib it on the spot? Either way, talk about good TV.

She and Jon Gosselin may have broken up, or at the very least decided to take a break, as of late last week, but Hailey Glassman isn't back on the market.

At least not yet, according to her Twitter.

"I am semi-single, but definitely NOT YET ready to mingle," she wrote in response to rumors. "I need some Hailey time and regroup myself and my life."

Later, Hailey Glassman Twittered to The Hollywood Gossip exclusively that in the wake of the split, she's "now fearful of relationships, its unnecessary pain and stress in life" and "Eh some may say im Traumatized by this whole mess."

She added: "but you live and learn,and i learned i'm happier alone maybe and keeping relationships at a distance, I'm looking forward to therapy-LOL"

LOL, indeed.

Post-Jon Gosselin breakup, Hailey Glassman is making time for Hailey.

Earlier, Jon apparently experienced a surprise growth of brain cells and thanked his ex, who he credited for helping him see the error of his recent ways.

"Going home to see my kids, excited, but i'll miss Hailey," Jon Twittered. "She has made me realize I need to be an honest person/father for my kids."

That only took ... well, far too long.

Hailey, who made headlines last week with her comments to The Insider that Gosselin emotionally abused her during their relationship, appears to be moving on ... or at least focusing on other, simpler things in life for the time being.

After her comments on Jon, she Twittered a link to Rusted Root's 1994 hit "Send Me On My Way" and shared some thoughts on the World Series.

She's pro-Yanks. Nobody's perfect.

After a tumultuous couple of months, the embattled Jon Gosselin is baring his soul in the only way he knows how: a carefully worded statement to ET.

Acknowledging his recent breakup with Hailey Glassman, Jon confirms he and she are taking "some time right now" to "focus on our individual lives."

Responding to claims he was emotionally abusive, he says she "taken the brunt of my anger and the world's disappointment of Kate and I separating."

He tries to defend her from her critics - the world, in his estimation. Yesterday, she wrote that she is at peace with everything, despite others' judgments.

"I have been stressed, distraught and angry with everything going on in my life. It has been overwhelming, and at times I have taken it out on Hailey.

She has been unfairly treated by the world.

Hailey Glassman has always been there for me with no judgment. She has been the one to tell me how I need to not only talk the talk but also walk the walk.

When we first met she has said to me 'Jon, actions speak louder then words' and she has continuously told me that, which she is right. She has been my best friend and I admire her as a person. I need to be honest not only for myself, but also for my children.

I will forever love Hailey Glassman.

Hailey Glassman, the 22-year-old mess who became romantically linked to Jon Gosselin in May and dated him semi-exclusively for at least a few months, has a few words for her supporters - and her haters - in light of their recent breakup.

Of her polarizing appearance on The Insider last week, she wrote:

"I just want to thank everyone for their support. I was brutally honest and put everything out on the table in front of the entire world," she Twittered.

On The Insider, she detailed being "emotionally abused" by Jon Gosselin, who she described as really mean, and a guy who "has issues" with the truth.

Hailey Glassman says she's at peace with her reputation, whatever it is: "At least I know in my heart I spoke the truth so I'm OK with your judgment."

"Now if i'm disliked and hated on fine. At least I know in my heart I spoke the truth so now im fine with your judgements," she adds, with confidence.

REBOUND ROMANCE: Jon and Hailey simply weren't meant to last. This frequently happens when one party is a liar and fame whore who is married with eight kids.

As for what sparked the breakup, rumors suggest it was Jon's new mentor who put the reality star up to it, encouraging him to think about his children.

Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, Gosselin's new spiritual advisor, said he plans to announce his breakup with Hailey at a Manhattan synagogue Sunday night.

"I advised him to end it with Hailey," Shmuley said. "The relationship is unacceptable when he is still married and has eight kids who are still hurting."

"It is not a healthy relationship."

She may not be a spiritual adviser, but Hailey has a mentor of her own: "2 be honest I got a lot of insight from the insider n Star Jones," she Twittered.

"She s a wonderful person who I admire 4 always being strong. much <3 at Star."

"Thanks so much for your insight and words of wisdom. I admire your strength. much <3 for you Jones :-). Your so funny and a great person!"

Jon Gosselin is back on the market, having broken up with Hailey Glassman, his girlfriend of several months, Extra is reporting this morning.

"They're taking a break," an insider said, adding that it "may not be permanent."

The reason? Jon met with famed Rabbi Shmuley Boteach (who also advised Michael Jackson) for regular study sessions and counseling.

Afterward, he "apparently decided he needed to spend some time on his own."

So Jon and Hailey Glassman decided to spllit. But tension had been building.

Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman first got close in May when Jon stayed with her father, plastic surgeon Lawrence Glassman (who performed a tummy tuck for Jon's estranged wife, Kate, after she gave birth to their sextuplets), in New York.

The two claim they didn't become romantically involved until Jon and Kate Gosselin filed for divorce in June, but they've been a (fairly) stable item since.

Until earlier this week, that is. Glassman told The Insider she felt "emotionally abused" by Gosselin, a natural liar who is prone to "mantrums."

"I don't know why I love him," she said.

A source close to Hailey reports, "They broke up the day she did that interview. She told me it was gonna be over. She was just waiting to let him go."

Yesterday, Gosselin was apparently resigned to this fate, admitting in a statement that he got "carried away by the challenges of fame" and yearns to "reconnect with my deeper, more spiritual, more altruistic self."

We're not exactly holding our breath.

Hailey Glassman is back on the market, too. Don't everybody call at once, guys.

Chastened by his girlfriend earlier this week, Jon Gosselin is owning up to his mistakes (while receiving a paycheck, of course) and apologizing to Hailey Glassman.

The reality star is trying to make amends with Hailey, who called him an emotionally abusive liar and kind of a d!ck the other night, telling The Insider she's right.

"My girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, has paid a significant price to live under such a media microscope,” Gosselin told the show, which also reported her complaints.

"I am grateful for her emotional support and regret any pain my actions caused as she has selflessly born the pressures I have endured under the media glare."

"I am committed to making things right with Hailey as well as Kate and especially my children. I ask you to please give me the opportunity to prove myself."

When Jon isn't trading public barbs with his new play thing, he's busy tangling with estranged wife Kate over their eight kids, their show and financial issues.

Hard to say which is worse. Okay, no it's not. Hailey actually seems pretty cool and understanding, calling him out but not ditching him either. Kate? Yech.
