Jon Gosselin: Pimped By Michael Lohan

Michael Lohan was receiving money for securing paying gigs on behalf of Jon Gosselin, he says, a fact that could doom Jonny Boy in his legal battle with TLC.

Jon Gosselin entered into a business relationship with Hailey Glassman, Mike Heller and Michael Lohan to earn money, all in violation of his TLC contract.

Though unsigned, the contract led to Jon being paid for outside appearances that violated his TLC deal, Michael Lohan himself told the celeb gossip site.

The document and the payments Jon ended up getting could be a smoking gun in the breach of contract lawsuit brought against the father of eight by TLC.

According to the deal, "TR" is entitled to certain fees resulting from business transactions on behalf of Gosselin and then-girlfriend Hailey Glassman.

“I brought Jon to the table so I told Michael Heller we needed an agreement. He said no problem,” Lohan said, explaining the origin of the document.

HI, Jon

Get ready to say BYE to a lot of money, Jon.

“We were representing him ... I brought Jon Gosselin to Mike Heller, so Michael therefore had an obligation to pay me a percentage of what he made.”

TR is a joint venture of Lohan’s company and Mike Heller’s company. Heller never signed the deal after his dad Mark, Jon's lawyer, advised him not to.

Regardless, in what is sure to be strong evidence for TLC, who subpoenaed Lohan, says he got paid for deals Jon made money from. Probably illegally.

Heller “was paying me all along, which basically proves I have a deal. Why was he paying me checks and giving my wife and my son checks?” Lohan said.

Lohan said some payments he got for helping get Jon gigs was in cash.

“A lot of it was cash, so I would imagine that there were a lot of things I wasn’t paid for too,” the father of Lindsay and Ali said. “We’re going to find out.”

The fact that a paper trail exists on side business deals may turn out to be strong evidence for TLC against Jon. The tool's best shot, according to his $5 million countersuit, is to claim his original deal is unreasonable. Stay tuned.

Hallelujah: Jon and Kate Plus 8 to End Monday!

Monday marks the end of TLC's Jon and Kate Plus 8. That's the good news. The bad? Jon Gosselin's legal battles and personal drama will continue to play out publicly.

What can fans expect on the final hour of the reality show, which Jon pulled the plug on because the network blatantly ried to fire his ass of concerns for his kids?

The estranged parents of eight will venture on separate outings with the kids. Individually, Jon and Kate Gosselin will reflect on the past and look to the future.

Asleep yet?

Back in September, TLC made the announcement that Jon would no longer appear on the reality series and that the program would be re-titled Kate Plus 8.

That plan was axed after Jon objected to his kids being on TV, saying the network was "hurting them," which amazingly he never brought up prior to that.

THE END OF AN ERROR: Farewell, Jon and Kate Plus 8.

"Kate Plus 8 is not in production," TLC spokeswoman Laurie Goldberg said Thursday. "We are focusing on the launch of Kate's new series in early spring."

No details on what Kate's new series entails, but Jon and TLC remain entangled in a legal battle surrounding the douchebag's actions of the past six months.

TLC has sued him for breach of contract, claiming he violated contract terms by making promotional appearances (paid or unpaid) without TLC's approval.

The network says any interview or dealings with media outlets have to get the green light from TLC first. He's probably violated that, oh, 200 or so times.

He fired back with a $5 million countersuit, alleging the network has damaged his career (LOL) by discouraging other media outlets from working with him.

Insult to Injury: Kate Major Suing Jon Gosselin

Jon Gosselin's rumored fling from this summer, Kate Major, has retained an attorney and is moving forward with plans to sue him for breach of contract.

Real original, Kate 2.0. Everybody's doing that!

“Kate called me and has retained my services regarding a possible breach of contract between herself and Jon Gosselin,” her attorney, Ben Pietra, said.

The attorney promises that “We are keeping our legal options open, but if a breach of contract has occurred, we will be moving forward with a lawsuit.”

Gosselin and Major entered into a secret handwritten agreement back in June, in which Kate agreed to work for Jon as his personal assistant, earning a percentage from his accounts and pledging not to talk to the media about their love.

That document (below) is likely to be the centerpiece of the new litigation against Jon, who is already facing a breach of contract lawsuit from big, bad TLC.

Kate, interestingly, has also been subpoenaed in that case.

"Kate 2.0 and Jon spent a weekend in a hotel where they drew up the contract,” a source, hilariously using her nickname, recently told Radar Online.

“Jon told her that he would match the salary she was making at [Star] magazine if she came to work for him as his personal employee immediately.”

“Jon drafted the agreement and they both signed it.”

Soon after, though, he washed his hands of her completely, denying they were ever involved romantically and running back to now-ex Hailey Glassman.

Kate Major wants payback for time wasted on Jon.

Ostensibly, her motives for the lawsuit are financial (she did quit her job), but come on, he tapped that ass and ditched her. You know it's also personal.

Jon

This is the "contract" Kate Major is suing Jon Gosselin over. 2.0 also plans to sue for fraud and loss of wages. He also faces charges of being a Grade A Douche.

Shane Victorino Needs Some New Friends

Talking a break from filing frivolous lawsuits, Jon Gosselin flew to Hawaii for the wedding of his reported "good friend," Philadelphia Phillies star Shane Victorino.

Like the Oceanic Six on Lost, Jon's return to the island was bittersweet.

Hawaii was the place he and Kate Gosselin renewed their vows in 2008. A year later, they separated and be began tagging every piece of a$$ in a three-county radius.

While Victorino, a.k.a. The Flyin' Hawaiian, should probably try to acquire some new famous friends, Jon at least didn't cause a spectacle for the first time in memory.

PIMPIN' IN HAWAII: Jon Gosselin actually stayed (mostly) out of the spotlight.

The paparazzi managed to get a few shots of Jon, such as the photos above, but for the most part he managed to keep it low-key and have a good time like any guest.

Jon, who is involved in a protracted divorce battle with Kate and a separate legal fight with TLC, who's suing him for breach of contract, probably needs the time off.

Only two episodes of Jon and Kate Plus 8 remain after he pulled the plug on it.

In his countersuit against the network, Jon claims he's too famous to get a real job and that they're keeping him from earning a living. He is suing for $5 million.

Jon Gosselin: Big, Bad TLC Holdin' Me Down!

Updating a previous report, Jon Gosselin formally filed a $5 million claim against TLC, saying the network's representatives "damaged his reputation and career" by "preventing him from working with other media outlets."

[collective silence in The Hollywood Gossip newsroom]

Everybody, all together now: WTF?? LOL!!

It gets better. The father of eight claims the network contacted other media outlets he'd been in touch with to persuade them to stop dealing with him.

"Their behavior has caused Jon great anguish and financial losses," says his attorney, Mark Heller, who maintains Gosselin did not have an attorney or a manager present when he signed his contract for Jon and Kate Plus 8.

"They had a cadre of lawyers so they had a one-sided agreement," adds Heller, trying to claim that the corporation railroaded an unsophisticated IT guy.

Ed Hardy Spokesman

Jon's $5 million lawsuit – a counterclaim against a suit TLC filed against him – also claims the network owes him $175,000 for shows that already aired.

The Gosselins' contract, dated April 28, 2008, says he gets $22,500 for each half-hour episode and $45,000 for each one-hour episode, the lawsuit says.

So he wants the contract he signed declared void, because he's just a simpleton, yet wants to make sure he gets paid based on the contract. Okay, Jon.

Gosselin is scheduled to be in court on December 14. In other Jon news:

  • TLC's lawyers have filed court papers in Maryland asking the judge for permission to serve his former nanny Stephanie Santoro with a subpoena.
  • His rep denied the Jon Gosselin sex tape rumor surfacing earlier this week: "It is truly false," the rep said. "It's sad people are picking this up."

Jon Gosselin Sex Tape, Cocaine Use Alleged

If recent reports are to be believed, Jon Gosselin's day in court with TLC could end with him losing more than just ca$h money - try custody of his eight kids.

That's because a Jon Gosselin sex tape scandal and allegations of cocaine use are about ready to erupt, according to the always reputable National Enquirer.

The source reporting the alleged romp? Bodyguard Thomas Meinelt, who was subpoenaed to testify in Jon's court battle with TLC over breach of contract.

Meinelt claims he saw Jon snort cocaine and has watched Jon's secret sex tape. The lucky, obviously average-looking female co-star has not been named.

However, Stephanie Santoro, Jon's ex-nanny and alleged plaything, says she's heard about the Jon Gosselin sex tape as well - and it's from last month!

D-Bag Photo

Jon Gosselin: Sex tape star? Please for the love of G*d no.

"Tom told me that Jon was secretly videotaped having sex with a woman in Los Angeles in October, and he's seen the tape! Tom said people close to Jon put a camera in his hotel room, and paid a girl to flirt with Jon and have sex with him."

Sounds like the Erin Andrews peephole video. Only with Jon Gosselin. Gross.

Santoro added: "He also told me he saw Jon snort cocaine on more than one occasion, and that the more Jon got into partying, the more cocaine he used!"

Okay, so, let's sum up this tall tale:

  • Jon's girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, was not the one having sex with Jon on the alleged sex tape, some random girl was, and she was paid to do so.
  • Who paid her, and why, is not clear.
  • Jon's bodyguard apparently has nothing better to do than watch Jon bone girls on tape, then have conversations with Stephanie Santoro about it.
  • Jon snorts a lot of f*%king coke.

Eh, we'll buy it.

"Unsophisticated" Jon Gosselin Claims TLC Bullied Him, Violated Child Labor Laws

Father of the Year candidate Jon Gosselin is firing back at TLC for trying to get an injunction prohibiting him from making any ca$h money from shows not on TLC.

Gosselin wants the contract he initially signed with TLC declared invalid on grounds it's unconscionable, i.e. Jon had no lawyer or manager when he inked the thing.

Basically, he's saying he was railroaded by a corporate giant, calling himself just "an unsophisticated father of eight" who didn't know what he was doing. Please.

He claims the deal was so bad, he and the fam only pulled in $2,000 an episode to start - a mere $200 per person! In turn, he claims TLC violated child labor laws.

Gosselin claims in his $5 million counter-suit that he will be "unable to earn a living as a TV personality, and therefore precluded from supporting his eight children."

Of course, Jonny Boy didn't respond to TLC's claim that he derailed the show with what the network believes is a bogus legal accusation about exploiting his kids.

You Talkin

YOU TALKIN' TA ME? Jon Gosselin is just a regular ol' guy who likes earrings and douchey shades. How was he supposed to know what he was singin'?!

If a judge buys TLC's claim, it could cost Jon a lot of money. TLC wants Jon to cough up any loot he made by selling his life to shows and websites in recent months.

According to sources close to the network, TLC lawyers are watching lots of TV these days, keeping tabs on Jon's appearances and running a tab of sorts on his a$$.

That way they'll know at least roughly the kind of bank he's making, and what to go after when they ask a judge to place the Ed Hardy-wearing tool on gag order.

TLC claims Jon is breaching his contract, which prohibits doing "any media including any online or print... without the Company's or Producer's prior written consent."

We can't even fathom how many times Jon has violated that clause. Unless he can get TLC to back off, or convince a judge that contract is illegitimate, he's toast.

Jon Gosselin Finally Quits Jon Gosselin

Breaking up is hard to do, especially for someone as passionate as Jon Gosselin.

But after taking a long, hard look at his life, and the douchebag he's become over the last six months, Jon has finally decided to part ways ... with his hair products, his Ed Hardy t-shirts, his diamond earrings, even his clubbing ways.

In a FunnyOrDie sketch, that is - set to "If I Could Turn Back Time," by Cher.

It might actually be funny, in a self-deprecating way, if there were even the slightest indication he was really reforming, or gave a $h!t about his children in real life, and weren't merely a self-absorbed loser subtly mocking his own critics.

Guy took a yoga class for publicity. Just saying. Anyhow, here's the video ...

Of course, if this is Jon's strategy for his $5 million lawsuit against TLC - convincing them that none of his antics actually occurred - then we'll buy it.

Jon Gosselin Suing TLC For $5 Million, Publicity

Jon Gosselin, who was recently sued by TLC for breach of contract, is retaliating against the cable network that employs him with a $5 million lawsuit of his own.

TLC sued Jon after he barred the network from filming his kids, saying the show is harmful to them (after they cut him out and renamed the show Kate Plus 8).

That position is a reversal from late July, when Kate's brother and sister-in-law, Kevin and Jodi Kreider, claimed the reality show was harming the Gosselin kids.

Jon said then that such claims were ridiculous and his kids loved the show.

In his lawsuit, Jon is likely to argue that TLC is preventing him from earning a living with a contract that is too restrictive. He wants out of that thing bad.

However, in its own court filing, TLC noted that it offered to keep paying Jon when it planned to change the show from Jon & Kate Plus 8 to Kate Plus 8.

GETTIN' PAID: Jon says TLC is infringing on his right to!

The network's initial breach of contract suit against Jon alleges the father of eight violated his contract with unauthorized business deals and interviews.

TLC also contends that Jon is legally able to go back to his former job in IT. Well, okay, sure. But what about a real living as a semi-famous douchebag?

Gosselin's lawyers Mike and Mark Heller are also likely to argue that their client lacked sufficient legal representation when he signed his contract with TLC.

The breach of contract suit gets underway in a Maryland court on Monday, December 14, when Jon Gosselin faces a preliminary injunction hearing.

Along with his on-and-off girlfriend Hailey Glassman, one-time date Kate Major and former pal Michael Lohan, Gosselin himself will be forced to testify.

Somebody's gotta ask him about those hair plugs.

Jon Gosselin and Levi Johnston: Together at Last

Here's a photo op for the ages: Levi Johnston, former Bristol Palin "fiance" turned Playgirl model, and Jon Gosselin, former reality star, in NYC's Times Square.

The occasion? The First Annual Douche Awards. They both cleaned up!

Just kidding, although they would have if it were a real event. Levi and Jon were set to appear on a panel for the syndicated entertainment show The Insider.

That's pretty much what Jon does every day of his life, but for Levi, who's been working out like a madman for his upcoming nude photo shoot, it was new.

Levi Johnston and Jon Gosselin

Both of these guys have been assailed by their baby mamas lately.

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, who's actually Levi's baby mama's mama, said Johnston has a "desperate need for attention" for posing in Playgirl next month.

He recently filed for joint custody of son Tripp, which is sure to sit well with the Palins. He doesn't seem scared of the former Alaska chief executive, though.

Jon's estranged wife Kate has also slammed him for his antics.

Repeatedly. That banshee separated from the father of her eight children earlier this year, sending him into the greatest midlife crisis in American history.

Just one question remains: Who would you rather ...
