Facing a seven-figure breach of contract lawsuit, Jon Gosselin shockingly may allow TLC to film his children again ... if the network ceases legal action against him.

The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star pulled the plug on the show last fall, citing its "exploitation" of the kids, but really just out of bitterness toward TLC and Kate.

He is staring at an expensive trial as TLC pursues its breach of contract case, claiming Jon Gosselin has cashed in illegally with his countless media appearances.

TLC has already won a preliminary injunction against Gosselin, prohibiting him from engaging in behavior that violates the non-compete clause in his contract.

In short, he's getting screwed, and not in a good, Morgan Christie way.

That being said, Jon is ready to make a deal, and he's playing the only chip he's got left - allowing them to film his children again in exchange for backing off.

This is pretty much our reaction when we see Jon, as well.

Don’t expect Jon & Kate Plus 8 Reloaded, though. A source with knowledge of the situation says the network will never welcome the douche back with open arms.

“You can be sure that if the kids come back to TLC it will be only with Kate, not with Jon," an insider dished. "And there’s no guarantee that will happen either.”

TLC is convinced they can make their new project with Kate work no matter what Jon, who's also on the hook for major child support he can't pay for now, does.

It is also possible that Kate Plus 8 could return as several specials, rather than a regular series. In any case, all the settlement talk is coming from Jon alone.

When you think about it, TLC has little reason to cave. Jon is barred from making money off TV quasi-fame and will likely lose his trial, set to begin this Spring.

Still, his lawyer Mark Heller vows: “You haven’t seen the last of Jon Gosselin.”

Jon Gosselin has been accused of dating Morgan Christie because she's loaded. What the 25-year-old sees in him, however, has remained a mystery.

Well, kind of. According to a friend of the Connecticut native, it’s all about the 15 minutes of fame. Wow. You're kidding. Who would have guessed?!

“No doubt she’s doing it for publicity. It’s all about getting her picture taken," said the pal. "I mean, there is nothing attractive about Jon Gosselin."

So are we. Morgan Christie, who has relatives in Utah, met Jon Gosselin while he was vacationing in Park City over Thanksgiving weekend.

The two have reportedly moved in together, or Jon is seriously considering moving to Utah to be nearer to her full time, according to reports.

Morgan is definitely getting her money's worth. But is her new notoriety worth the price - and is there any way this can possibly end well?

Morgan Christie was spotted making out with Jon Gosselin at House of Hype party at Cisero, in what an onlooker called "Tons of PDA, holding hands, kissing."

"Everyone remarked how inappropriate it was. [Gosselin] seemed to love the attention ... [Christie] was clingy and got jealous when he talked to other girls."

Jon Gosselin is loving life with Morgan Christie's family's money.

They are staying at a "massive mansion" owned by Christie's weathly family near Park City, where they've been seen at Sundance (she resides in California).

It's all about Utah for Jon, though. Rumor has it the couple may be moving to Utah together, and that Jon is considering it his "home base" now. Loser.

Park City is the same town where Gosselin was photographed on vacation with friends, including schoolteacher Deanna Hummel, in March of last year.

Hummel was the first chick rumored to be doing then-married Jon, who was also linked to Kate Major and Stephanie Santoro, and dated Hailey Glassman.

Jon also took the family on vacation to Park City two years ago. But "This year I'm having fun," he said. "Just snowboarding, relaxing with my girlfriend."

Apparently Jon has been telling peeps he's leaving his NYC home to move to Utah - and even that he purchased a home in Park City to live in "for a while."

Jon is a big liar, of course, so who knows. But "he's been staying at Morgan's parents house in Park City," a source tells E! News. "Her dad is big in finance."

Morgan Christie and Jon Gosselin have been doing a lot of snowboarding and spotted at Sundance at the suites set up for celebs in town to promote films.

What else is there for a has-been reality star to do?

"Last time he was here two years ago with his family, no one knew who he was," a Sundance local said. "He was talking about how different this year is."

Jon has not confirmed this Utah move thing, and lies so much we wouldn't believe him anyway, but the rumor is that it's actually happening. Stay tuned.

We know this may come as a huge shock to you, but Jon Gosselin is apparently a "huge loser," according to an inside source with knowledge of the subject.

Kate Major, who sort of dated Jon last summer, is now dating Michael Lohan. This speaks volumes about her taste, but still, she says it's a step up from Jon.

“He seems to go for nice girls from nice families and, in my case, with good careers," said the ex-reporter for Star freaking magazine who quit to date him.

"I would love Jon to get into the boxing ring with [Michael Lohan] so he could get his butt kicked because, let’s face it, we all know he needs the money.”

Kate was referring to Mike's Celebrity Boxing pastime, of course, and also had some words of warning for Jon’s new girlfriend, 25-year-old Morgan Christie.

The 25-year-old Connecticut native began seeing Jon after meeting him skiing in Utah, right after the divorcee broke up with his first rebound fling, Hailey Glassman.

Looks like reports from earlier this week about Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman still being at odds were true, based on the latter's recent Twitter tirade.

After laying low for several weeks, the douchebag's ex-girlfriend tore into him this morning on her Twitter page, telling the father of eight to get a job.

These unsubtle comments are clear references to the money Hailey says Jon owes her, and the fact that New York police investigating the "ransacking" of Jon Gosselin's apartment now believe the event may have been a publicity stunt.

In particular, a large Japanese chef's knife pinning a note - allegedly signed by Hailey - to Jon's dresser strikes NYPD investigators as potentially staged.

"The more cops have looked into it, the more they feel like it was a publicity stunt," a police source said. "They absolutely think the knife part is B.S."

Despite the skepticism, the case remains open. A criminal complaint was filed after Jon said he found his New York apartment ransacked December 26.

Jon, who was rumored to be with new piece Morgan Christie at the time, blamed Hailey right off the bat. His lawyer boasted that she'd go to jail for it.

The events, whichever version of which you are inclined to believe, occurred as Hailey moved out of the apartment they shared and the couple split.
