The 2009 Teen Choice Awards were taped last night (the broadcast is this evening), and treated us to an eye-popping fashion bonanza as usual.

What the heck is wrong with you people?!! No ofence to britney, but that was NOT(!) a good look for her, and especially not to the TEEN Choice Awards! The dress is too short, and I think she sould've done something w/ her hair....
