Heidi Pratt Shares Fitness Secrets in "The Heidi Workout"

 

Heidi Pratt, a.k.a. Heidi Montag, is proud of her figure.

We're glad to hear that, since she certainly spent enough money on plastic surgery to alter it completely from the reasonably cute girl she once was.

The Hills star, who's gonna be doing a "tasteful" naked Playboy spread in September, has plans to share her fitness secrets in The Heidi Workout.

"Staying fit is something I'm very passionate about," Pratt, who officially changed her last name from Montag after marrying Spencer Pratt. "I work out with a strength and conditioning coach 90 minutes a day, five days a week."

She's detailing her routine of "full-body, intense resistance exercises" in a new downloadable workout series, developed with trainer Chad Waterbury.

The series features full-body exercises, executed as rapidly as possible, "so you burn fat faster," says Waterbury, who does both light and heavy weights (75 lbs.!) with Heidi Pratt to give her body "a hard look with a feminine shape."

The Heidi Workout will also offer nutritional advice, based on guidelines Waterbury gave to the 22-year-old TV star. She avoids all "white" foods like carbs, but fills up instead with lean meats including grass-fed beef - Heidi loves steak!

She also needs a steady diet of vegetables, fruits and attention.

"Heidi has a really healthy appetite," Waterbury adds.

Not that she needed to shed weight. At 5'1" and 100 pounds, the reality star wanted to put on curves. "When she came to me her butt was really flat and she wanted to make it bigger," says Waterbury. "Now, it's nice, shapely and round."

Amazing what a couple of large silicone implants will do for you. Nice to see the fame whore believes in fake boobs, but not in birth control or fame.

    I never really understood 'tasteful playboy'. Then again I don't understand how a show like the hills got famous its a bunch of good looking boring people.

    Although they stick to intense exercise regimes, their minds are completely gone. They are now warped into horrible people. I think it is always important to keep a strong mind along with a strong body

    Im not a hater but i think all the girls on the hills are far tooo skinny!! its not cool to be skinny, every1 just looks the same, not even a lil bulger anywhere. they always try and look perfect its pathetic. i think heidis figure is disguisting especially if you see bikini pictures of her, she doesnt even have a feminine shape to her no hips or thighs just skin and bone...go latinas least we have hips thighs ass and boobs for e.x jessica alba or jlo, shakira NOW THEY ARE SMOKING HOT
